We have had such a wonderful experience here! All of the teachers are great and ALWAYS have a positive attitude but I’m still learning all of their names l, however ms Alyssa is so involved and always willing to go the extra mile and teaching my daughter so much. I love seeing the pictures and videos of what she’s doing and learning. My daughter adores Ms Diancarla! I had picked my daughter up and was heading out to the car when I realized she had just pooped. Ms Diancarla didn’t hesitate to change her even though I had logged them both out and was heading to my car. And Ms Lituania always makes sure my youngest is well cared for and I can tell she truly cares about all of the kids she takes care of. I’ve also had wonderful experiences with Ms Yaret and Ms Deborah answering my questions and giving us updates when needed. Our previous daycare was awful but my kids have been here for at least half a year and we have only had great experiences, I can’t recommend this place or the teachers enough!

I was hired at this location Mid-October of last year. My own children were enrolled upon me taking the position and I always feel like they are well looked after. The director Debra is caring, as well as the rest of the staff and everyone that works here feels like family. I think a lot of people tend to overlook the fact that when working with young children we face many challenges day to day that require a great deal of patience and understanding, but it also can be very rewarding at the same time. I personally care about each and every child that walks through the door each and every day and make it my goal to treat them with the same love and care I give to my own children.

Honestly I don’t know where to begin with this but my child was this daycare for about 6-7 months before I took her out. Whenever we would pick her up in mid-day, the place looked like it doesn’t get cleaned up at all. There has been multiple times that I’ve seen water spilled on the floor and it smelled dirty diapers(which I know daycare, but I’ve been to other daycares that where a lot better even in mid-day.) on top of that I was never given permission for the app they use, so I had no way of really checking on my kid and knowing what she ate and what she did during the day. There’s also been multiple times where I would see bite marks on her arm from another kid but I was never informed about about until I call the following day and ask about it and they tell me that an incident report was never made. I really wanted to know what happened and why my kid got bit so I can try to teach her that it’s not okay to do the same. But I was also never given that either. But in all honesty I was save the headache and really just look somewhere else.

It was my favorite of the daycares I looked at, but that isn't saying much - it just meant it wasn't grubby and dark inside. But my kid was there for 15 minutes and got sick for a week. It was only 15 minutes because I ONLY chose this place for the cameras and I wasn't able to connect to them. First it took a 24 hour waiting period to be in the system. Then the app I was told to log into said I'd have to wait another 24-48 hours. But it turns out the director (who seemed really busy and was BARELY paying attention to this conversation) told me the wrong app, so I got rejected anyways. Then she didn't seem to know what I was talking about when I was literally right in front of her asking for help with the app. I am sure she remembers exactly who I am and will protest, but it was a very frustrating and easily avoidable situation and that combined with my kid getting sick convinced me to steer clear.I've had some BAD experiences working in daycares, including the la petite/children's courtyard chains. The short version is: you can never be sure someone isn't hurting your kids, and some of these places will go through EXTRAORDINARY lengths to cover it up. That's why I wanted cameras, so I could watch my kid and be certain. I wish I could point people to good schools, but unfortunately I am a middle school teacher and I can tell you that if you really want to be able to trust your kids not to be mistreated by ANY adult, you should demand a complete restructure of our entire education system and daycare standards. I don't understand how blatant child abuse can just be swept under the rug by big chains like this.

Since 2018 all four of my children have went to the center and love it. Our family is always treated well and the smaller atmosphere make the experience more personal so that we never feel like just a number.

I can actually say I would never put my son in this school. giving the opportunity to watch my son on the camera all day showed me how my sons teacher treat the kids . 1- snatching things out of there hands 2- doesn’t wash there hands after using the rest room 3- doesn’t at least give the kids a little privacy to change their underwear or pull up that’s including the little girl at least go to a corner all the kids are watching 4- the smell at the school they need to clean more 5- grabbing the kids with force so they can sit down I don’t care what anyone says even if it’s not my child I am a mother and if I see another child getting mistreated I’m going to say something

Straight trash the director to a few staff members . They neglected my child,( didn't change is diaper the whole day for over 8 hrs) rashes everywhere. The " head teacher " knew the whole day! , she left my child in a beyond fully loaded diaper. The staff are very immature and have proven to me , their not qualified to handle children. I would them a negative -1000 stars if I could . I don't care what the director response is she's straight trash!

Love it here. The teachers are caring and sweet, my toddler has learned so much and my school aged child loves going during the summer. They are excellent about communication and keeping up with milestones. Its very obvious that the ladies love their job and adore the children.I don't know what it was like before but Claudia and Callie have made it an educational wonderland for the children that attend.Definitely recommend to any parents in the area.

If a ZERO stars was an option would click it !! Teachers are horrable? CONTANTLY YELLING AT THE STUDENTS , and on top of that when there was accident reports that I seen, teachers went straight to there phones and pretended not to see what happened ?? literally will NEVER bring my child here. The place was covered in dust, and water (what i hope to be water) , nasty puddles dried up everywhere.

I have two kids who attend this daycare.I've felt like the director really cares about all the kids! I had an incident that happened recently and Tamara took immediate action in regards to making sure to resolve the problem. My kids, 5 & 3 have learned so much going here. It really is more than just some where you drop off your kids to stay while you go to work. That is important to me.I love this daycare and I really wouldnt want to go anywhere else!!!!

This place is filthy, carpets and floors look like theyve never been cleaned. The place looks like one big disorganized mess. Take a look at the vents above you, they are caked with dirt and dust. No suprise my kid got lice after 2 weeks and of course, "she didnt get that from here" was the response. It took a week just to get a door code that worked and we werent notified when the school closed for electrical issues. When I spoke with them about it they said "you're the only one who didnt get the message" while another lady was standing at the door with me. Its cheap for a reason, take our experience and spend and extra few bucks.

I filled out a form on their website and was called by a call center. They couldn't tell me if the brand new school my child is attending would be covered by this particular facility and told me I had to talk to the director. We made an appointment for the following week at 5:30pm. My husband and I took off work early to attend, but when we arrived, the woman at the reception desk told us the director had gone home for the day for an "emergency". She called the director's phone and when the director didn't answer. She said the director would call her back. While standing waiting, we could clearly see a posted schedule that showed the director's hours for the day ending at 4pm. Two employees walked out as we were waiting and didn't say hi or speak to us at all. The atmosphere was not of a happy workplace. The director called back and the woman at the desk answered the call with "Did you forget you had a tour scheduled today?" There was some back and forth and eventually we got to the school question and were told our school wasn't one they would do pick-ups for.A week later, I got a call from the call center saying "We show you had a tour scheduled at 5:30 pm on X date and you didn't attend." I told them that my husband and I attended, but their director did not.All in all, I wasn't interested in seeing if the incompetence shown in the tour was anything like what my child would experience in care. No thank you!

I substitute teach and was sent here. -_- Oh my goodness, where do I start... I got there at 6am, a kid got his cereal taken away because they don't allow outside food... They are disorganized, the infant room was filthy, cold, and the communication is non-existent. The Pre-K bathroom has poop sitting in their toilet and it doesn't flush??. Other Sub stated it has been like that for MONTHS! They don't turn the lights off for nap time...WTH? I wouldn't bring my child here. Not a fan of Cedar Park in the first place...this was the icing on the cake.
