After reading the good reviews, I stopped in to see if I could get my tire repaired (nail puncher, but not flat). I was told the wait was 1.5hrs. I asked if I could set an appointment for the next morning to see if the wait would be less. Was told an hour to complete so I booked an 8am appointment.
I showed up at 7:45am the next day and was told there was no record of my appoint (even though the same guy was at the desk). But apparently since it was early, I would be "next in line" and they estimated 40-60 mins. I left my car and walked to get coffee. Returned 50 minutes later and noticed my car was still in the same parking spot.
After asking about my car, they said they would move into the bay right away. Their service might be great, but they lost my business; I asked for my keys and drove away.

I was able to get in to Klingemann TWO WEEKS faster than the dealership!!! Thomas was friendly and helpful and took the time to explain my car’s maintenance needs to me. My car even felt new driving off the lot!

We have a 2014 Ford Focus with 130000 miles on it. The catalytic converter system went out as well as brakes and we needed tires. Klingerman got the job done at an affordable price (price dealerships $$$$) and the best part is they finished the job in days not weeks like dealerships! In addition, the jobs we had them do were done right. They stand behind their work and they are pleasant to do business with in my opinion so I won't go anywhere else.

After calling six Interstate Battery dealers, I lucked out and Klingemann had a battery in stock. At first, I thought the car had to be towed, K&S came out, asked what was wrong- told him; he jumped the car and I told him where I was going and he said they’ll take care of you.When I arrived Noah was working the front counter and had already spoke to Dillon about my battery issue. Battery was there, Noah and his team (I think it was Spencer) tested my car elements and all components were ok. He gave me tips, and suggestions and did not charge me.Noah offered me the opportunity to bring the car back for a complete diagnostic which will take a few days.I would recommend Klingrmann, the team is super nice. I forgot the tech name who spoke to me in a moment of distress; that gentle check in- calmed me down.I’ll be back!
