Kerry did an excellent job of helping us quickly move out of the Brushy Creek / North Austin area. She was realistic about what improvements were necessary to maximize the price we could get. I also thought we set a great price, gaining multiple offers and getting well over asking. Her staff were efficient to work with and we had no issues in the closing process. Super smooth. Would recommend highly.

Let me start by saying i wad an out of state seller , Kerry and her team was amazing, not only did she sale my place quickly for a lot more then i expected . one unexpected thing that happened the housekeepers that was on my schedule to deep clean canceled the day of closing, so i called Ms Kerry Redding and and her team got it done immediately and saved me from some embarrassing mess, Thanks Kerry

Kerry was such an encouraging and knowledgeable source in our home selling experience. Through Kerry we sold our first home, the home in which we had spent the first 8 years of our young family's growth. She met with us time and again and made fabulous recommendations for getting our home market ready. We listed our home toward the end of 2021 at time of immense growth in the Austin area, an area that continues to grow. Through no fault of Kerry's or the home's, when a few closing possibilities fell through, Kerry remained upbeat and encouraging. Who knew the selling process could be such an emotional roller coaster at times even in a market such as this one? She kept things moving forward, her responsiveness was so on point and she did not waver in helping us to that finish line! Thank you Kerry!

After listing our house about 6 months ago and not getting a single showing we were a little discouraged. We reached out to Kerry after she sold another house quickly on our street. She saw the value in our home quickly and was confident in the price we listed it at. We saw a ton of activity with over 25 showings (this is the same house that had none before) thanks to her network and marketing. We ended up accepting one of our offers with great terms and above our listing price. Can't thank her enough for all the help and guidance and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a true Austin real estate expert!

Kerry was my top choice Realtor for selling my Cedar Park home, and throughout the whole process she lived up to the great vibe I got on our initial call. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, responsive, and has a system and team that works. Staging was included which I appreciated, and they did a great job making my home look amazing and helping me decide which investments would likely be a good return. We ended up selling at a good time, and even with a stormy opening weekend sold the home in one day with an offer much higher than expected. Kerry went above and beyond helping me handle the sale and clearing of my home after I already moved out of state.

Kerry is the best Realtor I could have asked for. As a first time homebuyer, everything about the process was new to me but Kerry paved the way and made it a very fun and rewarding journey to purchasing my first home. Kerry's communication skills are without parallel. I have never worked with someone in either my civilian career or the military that is as punctual and well-versed, and there is no doubt she has a wealth of knowledge in everything real estate related to share. I enjoyed being able to work with Kerry from the start, looking at homes and submitting offers in such a competitive market, and she was able to provide me valuable insights on each of the properties I was considering. Since I was not able to see the homes in person, she was always on top of walking through the properties and getting tons of photos taken on the inside to help me visualize what the property was like. She is also very organized and it is evident through the quality of her work and relationships with people in the real estate industry. I would absolutely recommend Kerry to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and without a shadow of a doubt I know you will be impressed. If and when I buy another property I will not think twice about calling Kerry to work with her again!

We were referred to Kerry 6 years ago from a family friend in Waco, Tx, where we were moving from. Back then she worked for some other company and was amazing at finding our first house to 'grow our family'. Just a couple months ago we reached back out to her and she was just as amazing as before helping us sell our house since we added 2 kids to the family and life changed in 6 years. We had a quick turn around on the sale of our house getting what we wanted AND more! She is a great person and the people that surround her are as well. When you work with Kerry you work with a 'family' of people there to help you!

As one of the four sellers involved in a very complex transaction, I have to say Kerry Redding was terrific! I first contacted her two years ago to discuss the market and what was needed to prepare my father's house for sale. Kerry provided extremely timely, accurate, and sound advice. She consistently demonstrated superb knowledge of the Round Rock housing market. In every interaction, Kerry was straightforward and never told us what we wanted to hear. She deftly coached us through a challenging escrow period and kept us all calm (which wasn't easy, trust me). By following Kerry's advice, we sold the house for a price that would have astounded our late father. I've bought and sold many properties over my lifetime, and I can state unequivocally that Kerry is one of the two best brokers with whom I've dealt.

My family was relocating from Washington state for work, and we knew very little about the Austin area, just what we could research online and what friends and family shared about their experiences. And like I'm sure many other couples are, my husband and I have VERY different opinions on what our must haves are in a home. My husband wants LOTS of acreage, no HOA, privacy, and to have a family homestead. I want new, luxury, and lots of open concept sq footage while being close to the city. Not the easiest combination of must haves to work with. Kerry's cover picture and bio on Yelp grabbed my attention right away. Come on, she has a donkey named Señor Jalapeño, how awesome is that???Wait, her family built a custom home on acreage north of Austin? I knew she would get our personalities right away! Kerry was so responsive and helpful from the moment I sent my first email to her, and even still after we already closed and took possession of the home. She helped us narrow down our search which initially covered a VERY large area, and she kept us focused in the areas she knew would meet our goals. In less than a month, we found the perfect home in the Liberty Hill area. She worked her magic in writing a strong offer and expertly revising it due to multiple offers. She connected us immediately to her preferred lender at our request and we had a very smooth and mostly stress free escrow and closing. I cannot recommend Kerry enough, she is incredible.

I've worked with 3 realtors so far and I have to say that Kerry is the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. My fiancé and I decided it was time to purchase a house back in January 2021. Little did we know that the Austin house market was reaching a fever pitch even in the middle of a pandemic! Kerry really knows the pros and cons of each neighborhood and guided us expertly when it came to each house's condition. Kerry is quick to communicate, so friendly, and knows the ins and outs of the whole process. In such a competitive market, I'm truly grateful that Kerry was able to write out an offer that won us this house that I am writing this review from! I can't recommend Kerry and her team highly enough.

Between my husband and I, we have probably bought and sold 10 homes over the years, all in the Austin/NW Austin/Cedar Park area. We have loads of friends who are realtors but when it came time to sell our home during a pandemic, we wanted someone extremely experienced.I reached out to Kerry and about 4 other agents who advertised as being knowledgeable in the Cedar Park market. After sending an initial email request, I received a response from Kerry crazy fast. I could tell that she truly understood the market from that first contact - almost as importantly, my husband and I both clicked with her personality. To be completely honest, I never even responded to the other agents that replied to my first query.During the month or two that we worked with Kerry on our home sale, she was always prepared, we trusted her recommendations and in addition to her experience, she brought a incredibly professional team to help us through the process including a stager who gave us great recommendations and a photographer who made our home look amazing in all of the marketing materials her team produced.Our home sold the day it hit the MLS, at well over asking price. While the market is crazy right now, I am certain that we wouldn't have been as successful with another agent. We leaned on her heavily, reached out to her constantly (to an annoying degree, I'm sure!) and she was always one step ahead of us, incredibly responsive and truly a ton of fun to work with. She made the process super easy and we never worried about whether things were on track or if we were ready for the next thing. She had it covered.We are still in the "never moving again" phase of our adventure, but I wouldn't even consider using someone else for any future transactions. The only bad thing is that we will miss chatting with Kerry every day!

Kerry is fantastic! I can’t say enough about her dedication and professionalism. She is very responsive and often had answers to questions before I even asked them. She is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to buy my home. We ran into a few bumps and Kerry was there for me, working diligently to ease my mind and reassure me that I was going to be able to purchase my dream home. She helped me find plumbers and contractors and painters and I honestly don’t know how I would have gotten through this process without her. I highly recommend using Kerry if you’re looking to buy or sell a house. She makes it so easy, is funny and has such a positive attitude. I would never use anyone else!
