Joey has fixed two of our vehicles. One an out of pocket so we could sell it for a better price and one insurance claim. Very professional. Joey really listens to what you are looking for. Very communicative at every step. It's a small shop, but worth the wait if you can.

The side mirror of my car was struck by a road debris and broke off. I called and got quotes from several body shops. Joey's was the most responsive, straight forward, and reasonably priced. Thank you to all the other reviews that helped me find Joey's. And thank you to Joey and team for making my misfortune a little bit less painful!

You always hear those horror stories about body shops, you know just not being upfront or holding onto your car forever or just not being communicative throughout the whole process. I did not have that problem here from the day I called him he was able to get my car towed to his facility that day. I did take a couple weeks for everything to come through but he truly went above and beyond. My car has never looked so good he even replaced my headlights with chrome ones which added a really nice touch. You can really tell He cares about details and wanted to give me the best experience. He didn’t have to give me chrome headlights but he did and I’m so happy! This is honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. He communicated with me the whole time and I was never left worrying about what was happening or what was going on when I picked up my car he had a detailed the outside and it seems like they may have vacuum the inside as well. As a woman, a lot of body, shops and mechanic shops, take advantage of that and he did not feel that way at all. I had about 5K worth of damage to my car from debris, hitting it on the highway and he truly went above and beyond. I can’t say it enough. I definitely recommend you checking out this body shop.

Joey’s auto body shop is awesome. Being new to Austin, I was so scared to handover my car to someone I don’t know. I went there based on Google reviews. And he did best job. He replaced my car’s bumper and painted it very well, it looks like it is a new car. The overall price is very less compared to other auto body shops I went for estimate. And finally, the best part was he repaired my car just in 2-3 days and final repairing price was less than his initial estimate. I would definitely refer this place autobody repair.Services: Painting

When you go to Joey's Body Shop/Tires if feels like family.I feel lucky to have found this body shop. They are very professional and a great price. I hit a pole in a parking garage and I damaged all 3 of my front/side panels on my 2011 Toyota 4 Runner. Joey was willing to work with me and made my 4 Runner look like new!Services: Painting

I was not referred to Joey, I simply relied on reviews when I took my son's truck in to strip/prime/paint his front hood. I can now attest the positive reviews are valid as Joey was true to his word, did quality work and actually went over and above to fix some things I didn't even notice or ask, and he was extremely fair in his price. I will definitely go back to Joey if we need more work done!

My brand new truck was damaged in a difficult place. Needless to say, this was disheartening and led to concerns about the quality of a repair. Joey has been doing this for 30 years and knows his stuff. I'm an admitted perfectionist and the quality of his work is outstanding. His estimates on time and cost were accurate. I don't write many reviews, but in this case I had to highly recommend Joey.

Great customer service. I was rear ended and this shop made things easy. Really took the time to make sure my truck was done correctly with no shortcuts. Someone rear ended me and I got my Toyota Tundra pickup up to Joey’s and his shop did a phenomenal job. I’m very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work that was done. I was rear ended in the same truck about three years ago and took it to another shop and they did a terrible job. The back quarter panel had orange peel, overspray which bled up on the bed liner that’s in my truck. I found out from Joey that the previous body shop had bondo’d the frame. I was so impressed with Joey's Body Shop. I had an incident where a part of my car fell off after having body work done in another city. We went to Joey’s to get an estimate on our Accord which was in a rear end collision and the hood folded up a little. The vehicle is 16 years old and 230,000 so we weren’t looking to spend a bunch but needed the hood fixed to we could open it and access the engine. Joey’s was amazing and came out to look at it and taught us why the hood folds and then proceeded to push down right in the right spot to flatten the hood and allow us to open it! And off we went! We were amazed! The most kind and amazing people! You don’t find companies like that anymore! We cannot express how thankful we are and we will absolutely only ever use Joey’s for any collision repair work we need done!
