There was 15 minutes before closing it was 7:45 and the young lady had the gate closed and said the register was closed as well. My son already knew the shoes he wanted and we left upset. This was unfair and unprofessional as a business stating the hours of operation and not going according to what it states 8pm. We would be in and out. I’ll take my business else where going forward.

I was cheated out of $116. I ordered online, returned unused items in the store per policy...money was never returned back to my card, when I reached out to customer service was told I had $116 store credit. When I went to redeem the store credit the manager would not honor the store credit. Two months of emails to customer service assuring me that I had store credit and frustrating, disappointing trips to the store where I was not allowed to use the promised store credit and I finally threw in the towel. No product, no refund, no store credit. Never shop Snipes.

Purchased shoes online and did not fit well so went to store to return as instructed on the companies website. Wore the shoes once, and after major discomfort took them to set up a return/exchange and was told I could not return the shoes as I had worn them. Since then, been calling customer service (no answer) and have emailed 3x with no response. Been reading reviews on snipes customer service and they are terrible. I wish I would have done research prior and never have ordered from snipes. Very disappointing, not sure what to do as I ave a pair of defective shoes and can't get customer service to return calls or emails.

I'm loving the customer service I received Rhyan was very attentive in what I said I was looking for he gave me suggestions he was very patient even after going back and forth getting me different shoes to try on all in all I got a shoe that is comfortable and cute for a good price Thank you I will be back.

The employees are sketchy all the way up to even the managers, don't leave any purses, wallets or any money laying around they will steal it and if ur lucky you'll get the wallet or purse back but w the money or any values cleaned out, it is what it is, maybe it is my fault for leaving it layin around but was told they "found it under some clothes" if that was the case I'm sure a customer would have not returned it to them; still think it was the employees themselves that cleaned my wallet for about a thousand dollars, currently hoping the police report I made gets to find out what really happened, although highly unlikely but as they say, what goes around comes around

Won't answer phone calls and can't imagine what the shopping experience is like in person and online. A person answered the phone and just hung up. Calling for two days already.

Very good place, the staff is very friendly and funny, they have good shoes, as I have commented with many stores, I would like them to have more Jordans and LeBrons!
