01/05/24Hello, I took my ring in the JCP jewelry dept yesterday to get repaired. A clerk named Patricia went above and beyond to assist me along with the help of a young man. She waited on me and almost missed her lunch break. You don’t find that kind of excellent customer service anymore-Thank you! Alice J Gallardo ?

For the $10/100/500 promotion card day, I ended up with a $10 card but when I tried to use it, there are so many exclusions that you can only use on some full price items. The 35% for 24 hours after opening a credit card discount is actually probably better and usable on more items, but not all discounted items either.

This review is on the photography department of JCPenny. I want to start off by saying, I understand it's close to Christmas time and holiday hours and days can be long. However my experience(s) with this department at the Lakeline mall was terrible. My siblings and I book an appointment for my mothers Christmas present, just us kids. But we weren't successful on our two trips. Originally my siblings and I booked an appointment online 12/15/23. And not only was the appointment process super difficult. Upon arrival for appointment just minutes before our photos were gonna be taken we find out their camera had broke at walk in. No heads up on the way or anything just then and there we were told we had to reschedule and we politely understood and booked again, which wasn't until (12/21/23). On this new Thursday I arrive minutes before appointment (6:00) to make sure we check in on time, however not a single soul is sitting at the desk, and since I had some time to kill I went to change so I could get ready for me and my siblings group photo. I walk up to the desk at 6:07 changed and now with my siblings, Head back to front desk, however finally seeing a employee I was told then I was "fairly late" on top of him or her, being rude and disrespectful. Which makes no sense since I wasn't greeted by anyone originally and have been here the whole time. Customer services goes along way and unfortunately he/she were lazy and slow, again I understand it's Christmas/Holiday time, but if so lazy simply don't work and especially don't carry an attitude out on a family who did everything including following their directions. Just simply unprofessional and terrible job overall. JCPenny IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

Yesterday my husband, two sisters-in-law, and I went to take the “awkward 80’s family portraits” at the J.C. Penney studio. I don’t remember her name, but the girl working was petite, had black hair with blue highlights, and lots of really cool tattoos. She was really really kind and helped us get all the perfect photos. We couldn’t afford everything we wanted but she was really understanding and didn’t make us feel bad. On top of all that, she was running the studio all by herself! She’s the bomb and definitely deserves a raise, if you ever want photos book her!

We took our pictures here with Tony. He was very nice and patient with our 2 month baby. We loved our pictures, and we will definitely come back to this location when we want to have another photo session.

Why are you making your staff work without a functioning AC, it's been broken for several weeks and this is Texas. I could barely look around today because it was so hot , it was 90 degrees inside. At least I get to leave the store and cool myself down, meanwhile your staff can't, and nobody in that store gets paid enough to suffer in these conditions. This is incredibly inhumane and against basic Texas labor laws.

I loved my haircut,always do. My stylist was Ane Eubanks and she listened to what I wanted and gave it to me.JCPenny never let's me down. I had a mess of hair too. Cut it myself the 2 pony wolf cut. Big mistake. Caution when doing a you tube cut. ??.

I had the best time at jcp on today I went to the makeup department and was help by Logan who btw did an awesome job with showing me how to apply my make up. Gave me the look I needed and wanted had lots of patience’s with me educated me on what do buy and how to apply them. I appreciate honesty and the warm welcome. I went to the jewelry department and received another warm welcome from Cynthia who also was delightful she help my mom and I pick out our jewelry.

Great experience at the salon. Michelle was able to get my daughter in for a haircut even though we didn't have an appointment. She is so happy with the results. Very accommodating, and always had an alternative for us.
