Excellent customer service beginning with the reminder call, in person, not a recording. My appointments have always been respected with no wait time. My stylist is MICHELLE, very knowlegable with regard to color, highlights, new style to fit my face shape and age. She also recommends products, and even stylish items to enhance my look (that aren't offered in the salon), but would be good for my needs. Relaxed atmosphere. Never rushed. Worth every penny because of the quality and value I received EVERYTIME. Try it, you'll like it.

Abigail did such an amazing job cutting my hair! She did exactly what I wanted and I felt so beautiful leaving. She also was so nice and was so fun to talk to. Thank you so much Abigail.

Well I don't really know what happened to all these people that had bad experiences. We could not have had a better experience for our service. I took my elderly mother there for a perm. The receptionist was super pleasant, brought us water. I messed up on the appointment time so we had 30 minutes to kill. MICHELLE came out to get us and was all smiles. In the end, my moms hair came out fantastic and the two of them had bonded and that made me very happy. Bottom line......I'm glad I trusted my instincts. It paid off wonderfully!!!!! Michelle.......you are the best!!!!!! Thank you!!!

I really wanted to love it. The folks are nice so that’s a plus. But my color did not come out even close to how my stylist (Dionana) described it would. She did give me a discount off the color sense I didn’t like it. She even offered to redo it but I have received a response back from her. The lack of follow up is the most disappointing part.

Jessica was available to do my daughter's hair for a last minute same day appointment. My daughter's first school formal dance and Jessica was very patient and very caring in terms of making sure she got what she wanted. Very happy!

I booked an appointment online for a haircut/deep conditioning treatment/blowdry and was able to get a same day appointment with Dionna. And I am so HAPPY I did! I haven’t had a haircut in a couple of years and was so worried the stylist would cut too much off but she did amazing! She made sure to keep as much length while still giving me the cut and layers I wanted. Seriously thank you so much Dionna!!!! The picture of my hair is 5hours after getting it cut/styled and it still looks good!Services: Hairstyling

I don't think I have ever had a worse haircut. There are far to many issues to even begin to cover, but the bottom line is, the inexperienced members of the staff, while doing the best they can, are at a terrible disadvantage because the manager and other staff members are completely uninterested in developing or nuturing the newest beauty school graduates' skills. Even when I got the managers attention for a brief moment and attempted to respectfully explain the stylist was struggling, and my hair was suffering, she reacted with a scowl and look of extreme bother and disinterest before saying. "ok" and walking off. During checkout, the price jumped from $25 to $45 based upon a staff error that led to an extra charge. The manager, Desiree Dunn, was unpleasant at best and refused to remove the charge to me for the salon staff's mistake. I ended up at this salon in a really weird way, but now I see why the person that sent me there did. For exposure and hopefully, corporate correction and coaching! Do better!

I have been coming to you ladies for the past three years!! And I have loved my hairstyles, trims, and my highlights. I am so glad that you survived the Covid-19 shut down and the aftermath of it! I'm a loyal, repeat customer and I bring my mom too when I can. We both love how friendly everyone is!! I highly recommend!!!

Made an appt several days prior. Got to my appointment on time- was told to wait 20 mins. I told them that I would what as long as I can because it’s not fair to me, nor the next person who needs styling. I sat down, about 3-5 I was told someone else will be doing my hair- she would be out in a couple of minutes. Sure enough, the stylist came out. Instead of assisting me, she stood and spoke with the front at the front desk-kept going back and forth about taking me back- the other lady is almost done.I don’t believe I am going to be back here. Took my 8 yr old granddaughter there to get her 2nd hair cut. We only wanted it trimmed on the bottom. We were scheduled with Nessy. I explained to her that she needs to wash it BEFORE she cuts her hair. I reiterated it at least 3x. I could NOT go in the back with her so I had no clue what was going on. When she came out, I was mortified… what had she done to my child’s hair.. 1st it was DRY, my child had a look of fear on her face and she was already washing someone’s hair so she could not be bothered with us until she was done. They were super busy and she just did not want to waste her time to wash her hair. Once she did come to see my concerns, she tried to make excuses that one side on the front was shorter than the other… HUMMM shouldn’t you fix that while cutting her hair. Not make it worse? People just don’t take pride in anything anymore. Customers service is a thing of the past which is so sad. You HAVE TO WASH hair before you cut it! Cosmetology 101… she did offer to fix it but my grand daughter was having such a melt down I had to leave before I lost my Jesus! DO NOT TRUST THIS SALON AT ALL.. this was a simple hair trim. All we wanted was a wash and trim! When looking at these pictures, how can she even think this was even at all?? Very noticeable…
