Appointment was set up 2 weeks in advance to take photos of family together that lived out of state. They will only be here 2 days and the trip was scheduled around taking these photos.JCPenney called to confirm 2 times, 2 days before the appointment as well as the day before the appointment.And then I get a TEXT hours before the appointment saying they need to cancel because they don’t have the staff.Or I could drive to a farther location when our drive to the Lakeline location was already going to be almost an hour.This is EXTREMELY unprofessional I and I won’t be attempting to use these services ever again.

We got good family pictures. We had an appointment and didn’t wait long. It was a very busy time as well. We have a family of four and two kids 7 and 4. We received a few shots of the family, some of the girls together and by themselves and finally one of just us parents together. I loved the few good moments that were captured. I will get more photos next time and recommend you to try them. You won’t regret getting some great photos to last a lifetime.

If I could give zero stars, I would give negative stars. The people “working” here are just pure lazy & unprofessional. We will be letting everyone know to avoid JC Penny photos at all costs.

They sent us back because we were 10 mins late. We came back on the rescheduled time the made us wait 45 mins because their other photographer could not make it due to inclement weather. We came under similar circumstances to out first appointment. They represent hypocrisy at it's best. I think they could learn about customer service and professional courtesy.

Great salon service and amazing stylist. However the lady at the front desk denied to apply a first time client coupon offer that was running at the salon location and was not able to clearly explain why it was not applied. She mentioned my stylist was not a senior designer (but the coupon clearly says applicable to both designer and senior designer). My stylist bio clearly mentions she is a designer. Also, no other explanation and she would t scan my coupon but used one on her desk (which I frankly don’t know if it was the same as what I was offering her). I booked for a reason. I booked because I wanted to give business to JCP salon (that means I took away business from my stylist). And coupon was a good reason and incentive to make that switch and try them. Highly satisfied with the service and I tipped very generously too but highly disappointed they wouldn’t explain why they wouldn’t apply the coupon. Be careful and confirm before if you are expecting to use the first time client hair salon 20% off coupon.

I made an appointment at 4.15 pm on a sunday and I had to wait for 30 mins. Looks like they are short-staffed and one lady seems to be everything at this place. She does not provide how much does it cost and how long do we need to wait? A clear, lack of professionalism and chaos. The wait area has no air-conditioning and let people burn, sweat and get tired before the photoshoot. The management have to intervene and fix before its too late.

Online scheduling is pathetic. The store cancelled our appointment a day before the appointment saying less staff in store and cannot handle back to back appointments. They gave preference to another customer whose appointment was after us and asked us to schedule with another location.

We've been doing annual pictures at the JCPenney Tech Ridge location for the past six years. This year, we decided to try this location since we moved to the area and it was really nice. I had issues pulling up my Groupon and I didn't like that the cell service is terrible there, but everything got resolved in a reasonable manner.We had to redo the pictures thanks to a toddler meltdown, but the photographer we got the second time wasn't as good with kids as the first one. He still did a great job with our pictures and I do think we will come to this location from now on. I loved leaving there and walking straight into the mall.

I've been twice already, and my sessions with both Elizabeth and Skye were exceeded my expectations! Got some amazing portraits thanks to them. Super professional, friendly and wonderful with children.
