First the bad, but there is a lot of good too. Ok so my nit picks. They do not police the rules on the track. You get groups of entitled old folk walking in 3 or 4 side by side and they make you break stride every time you lap them. People stop on the track and use cell phones. The cell phone use is the Weight room is INSANE. People sit and play with thier phones on the machines. Older gents sit forever between sets and sometimes take 15 mins on a machine to do three sets. Then they make a production of wiping the machines down and leave them wet. Anybody that wants to work hard and move fast between sets is going to be frustrated by the other gym goers. The lobby is for chit chatting the track and weight room are for working out! Ok the good! The weight room while sparse is complete and the machines work. Most of the time you can get a effective work out there. Its not as good as a full blown commercial gym, but its cheap and it works. The membership is so reasonable that this is a good backstop for a secondary gym membership. The Staff is nice and helpful, the bathrooms are fine.

Nice facility but compact. 2 courts. 2 story gym with equipment and an indoor track. Several facilities for events. Day care is on site. Still, I wish it had an indoor pool.

Great location and amenities. They even have an outdoor area to enjoy with a sculpture garden and path to walk around a pond. You can rental event space areas for parties or events. Also, basketball and volleyball courts.

My 1st time visiting. The front desk guys were not very helpful or friendly, they told us to just walk around and look. It is a smaller rec center. They charge high prices and charge extra for aerobics classes also. The pool is outside a little bit away from facility but walking distance.I guess it depends on what you are looking for. The work out equipment was nice.

Good location and well arranged inside. Lots of activity but not so much that it would discourage anyone.

Our venture to this establishment eschewed the typical spectacles of games or gymnasium endeavors. Instead, we ventured forth with an alternative objective in mind: the rental of intimate lounges to orchestrate revelries. On this occasion, we gathered to commemorate a joyous inaugural year of life for a cherished tot, an amiable progeny belonging to family friends who extended their gracious invitation. Serendipitously, I found myself partaking in the festivities' organization, thereby discerning the venue's innate aptitude for hosting convivial affairs, owing to a hands-off management style that assured unfettered freedom of festivities.Under the auspices of this accommodating environment, our assembly swelled with numerous well-wishers, even if my credentials as a seasoned program arranger were lacking. While we may have encountered a bevy of missteps along the way, none dared to levy any critical reproach. Evidently, the patrons displayed commendable patience, embracing the unscripted whimsy of the moment. It was abundantly clear that the attendees relished the liberating atmosphere that this venue fostered, engendering a sense of joyous camaraderie amidst the occasion's carefree ambiance.

Great place to walk during this blistering summer, when it’s too hot outside to walk. We walk the track above the gym where there are usually pickle ball and volleyball games in progress. It’s loud, but I just put in my noise-canceling ear buds and listen to music. And the price is right: $110 for a one year membership for 2 seniors!

A good place to explore the many ways to get in shape and stay in shape. A lot of machines. Light on benches for free weight users. The in-door track is a perfect place for protected aerobics. Signing up was easy.
