I had such a pleasant experience working with Janine. She was very thorough, very responsive, and took the time to explain a lot to me (who is a first time home buyer. I recommend her to anyone searching for a home!

We used Janine to buy our first home in 2020, and she could not have been more helpful! She was always responsive and helped walk us through everything that goes in to buying a home, which was completely new to us. Janine is very good at reading the situation on a house-being sure you don't overpay but your offer is competitive. We could see her excellent negotiation and communication skills with every other agent she talked to. We were able to get a house that we love thanks to Janine.

I totally recommend working with Janine, the experience has been wonderful, I have been leaving in the US just for 1 year now and I didn’t really know anything about the process of buying a house or the importance of having a great realtor to assist you. She has been on top of everything and continually following up on every step of the process and answering all my doubts right away. In the future if I sale my house and look for another one to buy, I will do it counting with Janine help without a doubt.
