We weren't sure if we wanted a new home or pre-owned, so we grabbed James as our realtor off a recommendation from a close friend. We ended up with a new home and were so glad that we still had James there with us. He helped us to understand the process and see anything that was out of ordinary. He was able to play a roll in us talking down the builder in the price, saving us some good money. We will use James next time we're in the market for a home, new or pre-owned.

We used James for a house we bought in Buda. Let me say he is THE BEST real estate agent we both have ever had. He understands the market, looks out for your best interest, works incredibly hard and pays attention to detail. He always kept us updated and informed us of any concerns. We never once worried or wondered what was happening. We had such a great experience we were going to buy a second property in another state but choose to go with James again because we felt so confident in him. If you are buying or selling a house I do not think you can find a better person than James!
