unfortunately, amplify hates you as a customer. if you have a problem that they could easily help you fix it your credit,they are going to choose your money over you. they aren't there to help you, they are there to exploit you. they could make a simple fix, but they won't, because "reasons." I had a problem with the autopay and it caused a few hiccups and I had some payments that were barely past a month. i asked them if they could do me the courtesy of taking them off, nope. because f you customer, your money is all that matter and we're not here to help you... if you use amplify, just know that these greedy effers aren't going to make the slightest effort to help, unless that means helping drown you, then theyll be glad to hold your head underwater. go to any other bank. ANY OTHER BANK. Useful Funny Cool

They tried to make it right, but I had already moved on to do business elsewhere. It's too bad because they offer good products but they need to recognize when they have a potential great customer who needs access to funds quickly.

I've been working with Bill Ownbey at the Cedar Park branch, on some of my personal finances. He has been invaluable in helping me sort things out and come up with a short-term, as well as a long-term plan. I feel like he has gone above and beyond in helping me out. It's nice to have support and know I can trust someone at my bank. The service I have received has exceeded my expectations. I am very appreciative and would highly recommend Bill and this branch to anyone looking to change financial institutions.

I started banking here when it was the IBM federal credit union over 22yrs ago. I have worked with many of the employees over the years and have always been treated with respect however the staff at the Cedar Park 183 Toll branch are truly amazing. I have had nothing but fantastic customer service starting with the Branch Manager Bill, then account services with Josh, financial advisor Jennifer and of course the fabulous ladies that help at teller services. Unless you have a crazy request they all will do whatever they can to get it done for you. I can't say enough good things about everyone here but you won't be disappointed with your customer service at this branch for sure. Thanks everyone!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BANK. If they know you have money and can afford an expensive car they will rip you off. Every month they try to milk me for more money by saying "we never got your payment" when I have the e receipts to prove my payment went through. WHERE DID MY MONEY MYSTERYIOUSLY GO THEN? The woman named SUE in account resolutions is TERRIBLE. She had the nerve to talk back to me, call me a delinquent, and "irresponsible" she even raised her voice at me and threatened me and said "I don't have to listen to your b********* And hung up on me. This woman should be fired. Really terrible bank. All of 2017 they NEVER sent me any mail or confirmations that I paid. She also said that when I pay off my car, they won't remove the GPS they put in and it's not their problem. The electrical wires in my car were cut and damaged when they put the gps in and they said they wouldn't do anything to fix it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UPDATE: After a month of paying my car off AND receiving the title to my car my car was shut off due to "late payment" what car payment? They said the device was permanently turned off after I paid off my car. They said they wouldn't remove it and that I would have to pay for someone else to. I don't know know if they decided to turn my car off to try and harass me for more money or if the account resolution does not know how to do their job (both) I have no association with this bank and they STILL won't leave me alone. Seriously what do you want from me. Go harass someone else. This company is absolute trash I wouldn't be surprised if they had a lawsuit in the future. My car is MY property. They have absolutely no right to my property and bu turning my car off they violated my property. I can't even make it to school now because of this awful company.

My 9 year old son was saving money for 6months to buy for himself the WiiU game Mario Cart 8. Called ahead and Victoria held it for us, until he could gather his money and shoes. Upon arrival, we were greeted with enthusiasm and a smile. Victoria was very patient and kind with him as he counted out his money (including $1.64 in pennies) She treated him as if he were buying out the store. She called him by name and stated she would "see him next time". Thank you Victoria! It was his first ever purchase with his money that he had earned and saved. You made the moment magical, and a very happy little boy. You will go far in anything you do. GameStop is lucky to have you.

Can't believe they moved but not the location change , it's the fact that some idiotic business decision not to have a drive thru, for not only convenience but for aiding a disabled as myself !! Also this idiots closed my line of credit after bing a member for 25 years Nd never missing a payment based on OTHER accounts on my credit (adverse preventative action) And no one from branch manager up through lending manager could care less What a joke go anywhere but here

Excellent Service! My wife and I visited the Cedar Park location and had the pleasure of meeting the Branch Manager, Bill Ownbey. Bill was patient, informative, and went above and beyond our expectations when helping us with opening a new account, updating an existing account, and providing information on other services we may need in the future. I would highly recommend Bill and this branch to anyone that is looking to make a change from a "Big Bank", or just needs a good bank with great service.

I called in to ask about in-stock availability of a controller and was told there was 1 available. After coming into the store, was told that it was actually already reserved. I would have appreciated that information before making the long drive.

Bill Ownbey & Nate King exceeded my expectations of a "bank" THEY genuinely care!! I was in the process of changing banks and had to switch accounts and get cash ASAP to pay my employees. Here is the funny part is was 5:59 on a Friday and I saw Bill walking out and grabbed him and he cane back opened the bank assisted me in cashing checks and created an account and helped me on my way! I am so grateful and appreciate of everything they did for me! They are definitely on the Customer Service side! Bill and Nate you rock!!! Thank you!! I went in to take out a loan at amplify Bank a while back. Alone did not show up on my credit and did not send me a statement or anyway to pay the loan. When I called and I found out the lady that waited on me never even submitted the loan application. They finally did. Now I just called them about credit card offers and was lied to and manipulated by one of the employees. Avoid this place. So, the saga continues. They made good on fixing this for me. The manager took full responsibility. I am pression of them has changed, I think it's honorable that they did the right thing.

Not sure how this place became a 5 star Credit Union. There were 3 customers waiting and 7 employees talking amongst each other. We all waited until they finish their conversation. This took 5 minutes or so until they realized that maybe they should do their jobs. I really do not like the intimidation tactics Nate tried on me, but this place is a joke.

I have yet to visit a GameStop that has great service and selection, but this one has to be the worst. It takes forever to check out because the associates have to try and upsell every customer on a protection plan for their purchase (scam), a paid membership (scam), ask if they'd like to put money down to preorder upcoming games, etc. This location also has the smallest selection I've seen. And the floor is dirty. Not impressed.

My family and I have gone into this store several times, and we are CONSISTENTLY wowed by the employees' excellent customer service! They are ALWAYS friendly, super knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. The thing is, it's not just one or two of them, it's every employee I've ever encountered there! That's amazing training in action. It really must be the best place to work or something, the folks that work there are always on point!
