good place to buy solid wood furniture. Bought a reclining sofa and an upholstered bed from them. White glove service is always included and they ship quick (2-3 days for instock items)

Most of the sales staff didn't seem eager to help us with the prices of items that weren't labeled. We were eager to special order a leather sofa but they didn't help us out. They said the manager was on vacation & would get back to me when the manager arrived. Got tired of waiting & I ended up buying furniture elsewhere. Special order couches & gentlemens chest & drawers bought from someone else 2-3 days later.

We had another great customer service at Havertys Furniture here at their Lakeline store in Austin, TX. Our Sales representative, Brian Dutton is extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly put together the furniture in their design portal to help us visualize the right collection for our bedroom.
We are also extremely satisfied with their quality of their furniture, prompt delivery and setup. This is the reason we keep going back to Havertys for all our furniture needs.
