Our dog loves Happy Tails and we are very confident knowing he is well cared for by the wonderful staff. Have used boarding and grooming many times and are always very happy with the experience.

Just wasn’t as good as other boarding facilities I’ve used. Was promised a report card and never got one. Customer service was just okay.

Our Great Dane *LOVED* going to Happy Tails. Their attention to detail and add on options for enrichment, etc are amazing.We just took in our new rescue puppy, who we thought was Great Dane/Black Lab- but turned out to be mostly Catahoula Leopard Dog. So, she's a high energy, easily bored six month old. This last weekend was her first trip to Happy Tails. She had a wonderful time, especially with the 1-on-1 enrichment and time to play with other dogs her size. I really appreciate the on-site cameras so I could check on her while we travelled! They also privately post pictures of your pet daily, which is great.They'll provide food or you can bring in the doggo's usual, and treats are fine, too. They follow food and medicine routines exactly as specified, which is a big relief. Their only treat rule is no rawhide. I trust the staff and company implicitly!

Kylee did a GREAT job grooming our puppy. She went in pretty scruffy and needing some TLC; she came out even cuter and her coat looking so healthy. Would definitely recommend and will be taking her back for any future grooming!

Happy Tails does a great job grooming my furbaby. She’s a Yorkiepoo and doesn’t love baths. She always comes out looking amazing and happy!

I didn’t have to wait weeks to get my pets in. It was our first time having our pets groomed there. We have 2 doodles and they looked beautiful when we picked up!

A year ago we took charge of 2 large dogs when their owner, a relative passed away. She had been unable to care for them effectively for a while. They had medical issues including skin and ear problems. We bathed and clipped away the worst matts. Working with our veterinarian we got most issues under control, but the skin allergies are long term.Happy Tails was so understanding with the dogs skin issues and their trauma from all the changes in their lives. Although we prioritized health and comfort, Brittany and Lyric had that covered and made them beautiful as well.The office staff has been understanding and helped with bookings until I got the system figured out. They as always friendly and ready to help.Happy Tails is fabulous.

I brought my dog here due to leaving town over the first weekend of this month I was concerned seeing as the last pet ressort traumatized my baby boy, how ever my fears where erd when I dropped him off, they listened and acknowledged my concerns for my baby. They absolutely blew away any expectation I had. He was dropped off happy and tail wagging and came home happy and tail wagging and still is. I will absolutely use this place fpr my baby boy again. It was nice to get the pictures with a little report card. Reception was very friendly and kind when I went in. 10/5 stars for me.
