I was entrusted with a sacred family item that was not in great condition. I brought it to Hang Ups and they gave it new life! My family couldn't believe the incredible job they did in framing and protecting it. The quality and customer service were equally fantastic. Thank you Hang Ups!

I've had this piece of art My mother-in-law made for a little over 15 years unframed. I finally took it to hang ups and oh my! Truly a work of art now! They did a fantastic job. It's not letting me post any pictures. Otherwise you would see it!

We really enjoyed working with Ursula! She spent time with us helping pick out not just the frame but explaining the different boarders we can use and showing how it can accent the painting by adding colors and beveled edges. During the whole process of picking the frame she was so kind with our kids and had a box of toys for them to stay busy while we figured out what we liked. I can speak highly enough for the experience. Picking up the painting was just as enjoyable. Thank you Ursula and Hang Ups for making the whole process fun!

I recently purchased a 5' wide coastal art scene by Winslow Homer that had serious light reflections from opposing windows at home.The folks at Hang Ups Picture Framing helped me identify the correct solution (low reflection acrylic), which not only looked professional, but was also very affordable!These people at Hang Ups are wonderful!

My husband made a cool live edge frame for a photo we bought in Hawaii. We had a good amount invested in the project and needed museum quality glass and the picture mounted. We researched for frame shops in the area and found Hang Ups! We couldn’t be happier. Megan and Mark knew the irreplaceable value of our project and handled it with care. In less than a week they called and said our project was complete. They were very complimentary of our frame and charged a reasonable price. Thanks Hang Ups. We will see you on our next project!

I dropped A photo off for restoration months ago. Weeks went by with no update and no phone calls. Finally, after waiting months, I reached out to them and they said they couldn’t do the photo restoration (so it took months to tell me you couldn’t do the restoration). I drove down to pick up the photo from dripping Springs and they told me they couldn’t find it right now because they were in the middle of a big project. The owners said that they would mail it to me or drop it off to me because they had photos to deliver in dripping Springs. A couple of weeks went by and nothing arrived, nor did they deliver it. I went to the shop today and finally got the photo back. When I arrived, I spoke to one of the associates and they said the owners are in Las Vegas currently. I managed to get the photo back and a full refund. This company is very flaky and horrible at communication. They will even lie and say they tried calling you yet they didn’t leave a voicemail, nor did I have a missed call from them. I will never return to this shop. Read the other reviews they’re pretty similar. They obviously do not value their customers or their customers time.

Loved my experience with Hang up. Ursula and her husband were very kind and did a great job. I was in a rush to get a few things printed to give to my husband for our anniversary and while the timeframe was short, they did everything to hep me. Totally recommend this place, not only they are very professional but care about their clients as well.

I acquired an amazing painting, arguably the foundational piece of the Punk Rock and Paintbrushes movement. I wanted it protected, but given the punk roots, it needed something splashy and bold too. I didn't want a big box store working on a punk piece, so I found Hang Ups on Google. I loved the interaction with the owner in deciding how to frame the painting with appropriate attitude. The end product was even better than I imagined.

Very happy with the framing job done by Hang Ups Frame Design. It was slightly more costly than anticipated however, I'm glad I went with a true professional in the industry to get it done right. This was a large piece and the experts at Hang Ups Frame Design did a great job with the focal piece in our family area. Would highly recommend to friends.

Jason Richardson, I know we are not perfect. You came end of July - now it is Thanksgiving - with 3 images, not negatives, with hardly anything left to work with. Your kids' print turned out nice. What did you take so much time to complain - just asking?

Their communication is nonexistent. We paid for an old photo negative to be restored and printed. I came back multiple times to pick it up and every time the owner says her husband was supposed to do it but didn’t or he did do it but she can’t find it. Each time she confirmed my phone number and said she would call. She will not call. She confirmed my email address every time to send the image, no emails.
