I truly wish I could rate zero stars, I had such a gross and bad experience while shopping here with one of the employees, Kai. I was trying to return something, and she was being just flat out rude. Rolling her eyes, mumbling, and giving me attitude. She had this rude tone while talking to me, and she shook her head, talking in a way thinking I don't understand what she's saying. She was whispering something to herself and when I asked what are you saying, she stayed silent.. It's gross.

manager is unaware of return policy, would not let us make return even though it was within the 30 day grace period. Had to call H&M to confirm that i wasn’t crazy and they will process my refund however staff can’t!!!

I shopped here today and had a super unpleasant encounter with an employee. It didn’t seem like much, but it was so off-putting that I put away the clothes I’d picked out and left. I was looking at a really pretty green dress, searching for my size, when an employee who was putting away clothing loudly said “excuse me” in an annoyed voice and shoved her way between me and the clothing rack. I just stood there for probably half a minute while she not only put away some clothing, but straightened up the row, before walking away without another word. I’ve worked retail for over a decade, so I understand the frustrations, but I also understand that being generally courteous (or at least not flat out rude) to another person is required. Won’t be shopping here again.

New policy on returns is garbage. All the items I was trying to return were gifts and still in the bags, brand new. They wouldn’t take them, not even for a store credit. Bye forever H&M.

I would never visit this store, when I went to rerun an item they didn’t accept saying those are final sale items. They should have put board on these items or mentioned at the checkout about the final sale item.They didn’t acknowledge that there was an issue on their side and simply didn’t accept the return.

Pros: there’s an available fitting room, I had a spacious one.Cons: be sure to double check the price items on your receipt, was charged full price for an item that was on sale. No apology or remorse for a mistake I had identified.
