I wanted to buy some sausages but I found some insects inside the HEB mart food section , it's really horrible to see that type of insects inside. Are we really buying good food items in HEB, I dont want recommend to go with heb food section

I just love HEB! They always have everything you could want at a good price, in addition to lots of organic options. I wouldn't say it is cheap (what is cheap these days...), but you get quality items, especially the HEB brand things. Their bakery also has a lot of fun items, and they do custom cakes.
I love how many different kinds of items the store offers, from home goods, to beauty, seasonal items, etc, it is definitely a one-stop-shop (for the most part).

Thank you Gabe in the fish department for making me salmon burgers today without all the filler stuff I cannot eat. I had gone to other HEBs including our neighborhood one on McNeil & Palmer, if they could make plain ones for me and was told NO.
