Lines get slower and longer each week. More than 9 people in line inside and 8 cars outside. But staffing is only 1 cashier while 6 others work in the background ignoring the line.

Rearranging the entire store every six months dissuades in-person shopping and makes things unnecessarily difficult. The current setup is even less sensible than the previous several CPHEB Renaissances. Once fixed give it a decade before you revamp it again. Start with double siding the aisle signs, they currently underrepresent many subcategories of products (i.e. canned fruit), due to saying the same thing on both fronts of each sign and not utilizing the second side for product subcategories.

Not a good location at all. The flower shop wanted 40% additional just to use their scissors. Will definitely choose a different location next time.

Brandyn Gonzales the "head stocker" here is a joke. Guy looks super unprofessional. Dresses liked he rolled out of bed and stuck some dirty clothes on. Had an interview with him and did not expect him to be staring at his phone the entire time and making fun of the office with the Miami hurricanes decor in. I felt like we spent more time talking about the decor and that managers office than actually having an interview. He would belch multiple times during the interview. Just did not expect this out of H-E-B. I've been in consumer lending and banking for the last 10 years and was looking to try something new that would benefit mine and my wife's schedule and my goodness am I glad I didn't get hired here.

This H-E-B is in the best location. However, it is very outdated and way too small. They need to expand it outwad or upward for it to be conducive for all the residents and shoppers in Cedar Park. It is the closest HEB to Jonestown and Lago Vista, and is way too crowded.

Never go here on a Sunday or Saturday. Every customer is rude. There are so many entitles people who will run you over to get their canned goods. The only thing worth doing is picking up your mobile order.

I was a loyal HEB customer for over 30 years. I use the past tense, because I am no longer a big fan of HEB. They have phased out so many name brandproducts to allow space for their own brands on the shelf. I understand that they want to sell more of their own products, but it’s sooooo frustrating when you have your favorite products, repeatedly phased out over the years. That’s happened with dozens of products that I used to buy from HEB. These days, the only thing that I buy at HEB is their deli in-house roasted meats, the HEB walnut bread, and their fresh cut natural pork. Otherwise, I go to Walmart for everything. This particular store is quite small and landlocked so they really can’t do any expansion, as I was told by the general manager. A couple of years ago, the GM told me that HEB was hiring every IT person that they could find because they wanted to really “ramp up their online presence and sales.” HEB has changed in so many ways since it’s humble beginnings in Kerrville, Texas. HEB has done a lot of good things in the community and donated lots of money for charitable causes. However, at the end of the day, I have to go where I can find the groceries that I want to buy and at the same time, Walmart prices can’t be beat.

Always love heb: lots to choose from, lower prices than most other stores. My only gripe is they stock the shelves during the day, causing blocked isles. I wish they would stock after 9pm.

I watched a gentleman Lucas, I believe he was a manager, take his time to indulge a sweet older woman who he clearly knew/had come in contact with before. I also watched him walk an employee through an exchange step by step. So many managers would’ve rushed the sweet old woman off or just taken over for the employee because it was busy and would’ve been faster to do himself. But he waited patiently and ensured his employee understood the entire process and helped the sweet lady count coins to pay.Really warmed my heart. I leave this review in hopes someone above Lucas recognizes how great of a manager he is.

My wife relocated to Baltimore after we met online but we visit often to see our children and grandchild. When asked what if miss Texas, she almost always says the thing she missed the most besides her family is H-E-B. That's a true story. No supermarket has quite the blend of customer service, price, product availability, options/choices, placement, cleanliness, and speedy cashiers. Now we both miss it.

HEB is great. Products are amazing, produce is always on it. So is meat section. Deli however, always, seems to be upset. Bakery is good too.

This place has gone down hill fast, and sadly, we have no other options because they have a monopoly. We've had expired meat multiple times in a row, tried to return it, and received no help at all from the "customer sevice" desk except for them acting like we were suspicious or something instead of just helping us fix THEIR issue. How hard is it to ensure you don't sell expired meat? On top of that, we've had both yogurt and cottage cheese that were opened on multiple occasions, again with no help. How hard is quality control? Apparently, post-Covid, it's too big of a hill to climb for them.Sadly, there are no other options in the area (I wish there were given how quality control/customer service are lacking to the extreme here), but I hope one day there are. This place is not worth it anymore. What a shame for central Texas.Edit: I appreciate HEB reaching out about this issue and will call y'all on Monday.

This particular location is everything I expect from a grocer. Other newer HEBs are crowded and hard to get in and out of. This location has been here for decades and serves the local community well. Rarely is there a product that I can't find. It's always well-stocked and the workers are generally friendly. Grocery stores are places where we spend thousands of dollars per year, so having a positive opinion about where you're spending your money is important. Most people can't say that about the other option in this vicinity, the mega store on Walton Way.

H.E.B is the best… This one is more like a neighborhood store but always has fresh veggies, baked goods including fresh warm tortillas and Sushi. Management and staff are customer centric and always willing to help.
