When it comes to grocery shopping, this HEB store is my go-to destination. From housewares to grilling and outdoor, party supplies, meat, and groceries, they have everything I need under one roof. I've been coming here since 2018 and have never had any issues with their staff or the food products they sell. One of my favorite things about this store is their sushi stand and pastry area. Both offer a great selection of fresh, delicious, and high-quality products. While there's a competitor right across the street, I prefer the food products at this HEB store. All in all, this store is a fantastic place to shop for all your household needs, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Terrible customer service from cashier Trinity. I watched her conduct 2 transactions in front of me and they all used cards. When it was my time, she used the phone to call for assistance. She stated she was running low on $20 bills. The supervisor came over and asked for her request. She then started checking me out. She bagged two bags of items and stopped. The manager gave her the money. She opened the drawer and put the money in. I bagged the third bag of items. My problem is that you had me wait for her benefit. She could have done my transaction. When she opened the drawer she had twenties. She did not complete the bagging process as she had with the customers in front of me. Trinity is the worst when it comes with customer service. I had to wait for her non issues. She did not see a problem with this at all. I had 3 items over self checkout but I will go there next time to not deal with this type of BS

This is a clean and well-organized HEB. I've found the fruits and vegetables to be consistently very fresh. Their flower section always has only the freshest flowers. The Meal Simple area is very easy to navigate, too.There's a large parking lot; on the weekend parking is difficult. But the rest of the time, it is fine.I've always found a good supply of shopping carts ready for customers. This HEB has propane service and even still has red box.We can also recycle our plastic bags here at the entrance.I'm happy to continue shopping here and learning more wonderful things about the store.

They (Cedar Park HEB on Bell ) can care less about making the HEB flour tortillas some what decent. They are always thick, sometimes connected together, weird shapes, parts wrinkled... one time we took them back and they responded well they're tortillas they are not going to be perfect. We get that but they are using a machine and not rolling them out. I'm have attached tortillas from the HEB in Austin (Riverside store). They ALWAYS do an excellent job.

By far the worst H‑E‑B in the Austin area. Todays event but sadly not my first at this store..... Lazy self check out employee that will chase customers out of the 10 or less express area because you are over. so you can wait in line for over 10 mins at 10:30 at night. I would get it if there was a rush or it was a busy time of the day. 2/8 were in use while this lady had the only regular check out line 6 customers deep because she kept chasing them out. Absolutely poor customer service! Do better HEB!To make it clear I had 18 items not a cart busting out the top.

Its not the same HEB. Do no live up to their motto Nobody does it better. Target and Walmart stores care move about helping us than HEB. All this is based on my experience. This why I dont shop their anymore.The produce manager at heb on 183 and whitestone does not move old produce off the shelf often enough. Often get rotten apples and avacados, etc.The curbside at 183 and whitestone AND Palmer and whitestone dont care if we get the proper information from curbside desk. They allow whoever answers the phone to say they are manager. bla bla bla I got tired of teeny bopper attitude and poor food AND SERVICE. Mgmt justin didnt care when i told him what happened. just support poor employees.HEB charges 3% extra on each item we order on curbside. vegetables and fruits and meat otc meds. thats big bucks 3% each item and nowhere is that charge displayed.

Went in to get my meds (and I kmow my doc sent it to the right location because we specifically talked about how i wanted it to go to the HEB at old 183 and Whitestone and NOT the HEB at Whitestone and parmer.) When i got to the counter, they said it wouldn't be ready until the next day at 9 am. So I said ok. Came back the next day and they said oh it won't be ready until tomorrow at 9 am. And I replied you guys told me yesterday it would be ready by 9 am today. To which the guy responded its because I normally go to another HEB, but seeing as the prescription was sent to that location and they told me in store the day before it would be in the next day, I don't see how that matters. Then he said if you wait 30 minutes I can have it filled.... which if you can have it in 30 minutes, why did you tell me it wouldn't be ready until the next day? I don't know it just feels like there was a screw up on their end and instead of owning up they blamed it on me having previously filled prescriptions at another HEB.

I loathe HEB pharmacy. They call you to say your refill is ready. You drive there and they have no idea what you're talking about.This has happened to me more than 42 times in the past two years.

I can’t believe they charge me the full amount without applying my insurance. I asked the lady if my insurance was applied, she said yes. Since the bill was pretty high, next day I confirmed with another employee, he told me they even don’t have my insurance information. I asked him if they can do anything about it, he told me he can do nothing about it since it is paid already. It was very surprising to me for their cold response. Due to their mistake, I had to pay a hue amount money out of pocket. The guy in the call even didn’t say a single sorry for it.

I'm surprised at the low reviews. this store has everythin! Good layout, stocked Organic produce, lots of Keto, Paleo, and Mediterranean selection in addition to the regular stuff. it's a smaller store so you can get in and out if you want instead of walking all over the place for one or two things. people are friendly and helpful, and you can request persona favorites and they will get them if they can. for a Neighbor store they have so much it's really surprising! Great store!

I recommend not going through the drive through pharmacy as they have a very rude young man there. He just asked name and date of birth, he doesn't know how to say please or thank you, and will hang up on you in mid sentence. He also will not communicate with you again to let you know the medication is on the way, ask if you have any questions about the medication, or even tell you how much you owe. You just get sent a slip of paper that you sign and see a price. After sending payment for the med, you get the medication along with my card stapled in a bag, I held up the line looking for my card while ripping through the paper, what an awful idea to staple the card inside the bag. I think a back ally drug dealer would have more social grace. The transaction was very efficient so he must be a good worker. I am all for HEB hiring someone that may have social issues but let's not make them a customer care advocate when they could care less about the customer.

I've had several instances where I have not received some items because the employees forgot them, and/or received milk that was going to expire within 2 days. As a customer who spends $100s every time here, I am starting to get very frustrated. I am 30 minutes away so I can't just go back. I've tried giving this H‑E‑B the benefit of the doubt but I think I have to change my stores. I understand when items are substituted or out of stock. I'm having issues with H‑E‑B employees forgetting my items therefore they are having to refund my money. It definitely doesn't help that when I spoke to a Curbside employee, she made me feel like I did something wrong. She wasn't very polite.
