This is the worst pharmacy. They are always late, don't fill all prescriptions at the same time, constantly give incorrect information, and once I had to report a pharmacy tech for lying. They don't call with urgent meds, but will non-stop call you for random refills (even when other ones are pending/not ready). The pharmacy techs are often rude - which I sort of understand because everyone is always angry due to the terrible service. It's not a compound pharmacy, so they should just get a vending machine to run they pharmacy.

Called twice about my son's prescription and they said it will be ready in 1 hour. Go there 1 hour 20 mins later and they say it's another 30mins. Do not use this pharmacy if you want a prescription on time.

Ordered medicine 3x in the app, never got any update. Came here in person, they told me I cannot get the medicine until 4 days I ll run out of it. What a mess!

Not sure what happened, but disappointing for what we’ve come to expect from our HEB. This pharmacy appears very poorly managed, always has a very long line, no sense of urgency. Even if you use the option to prepay you are still required to wait in the very long lines. If you try to utilize their delivery service, you have to call in prior to their daily cut off. Instead of setting your delivery for the next day, you’ve got to call back the next day to schedule. What?! We’ve moved all of our prescriptions to either 90 day service or to the company capsule. Much more efficient.

I won't go anywhere else. The staff in the pharmacy are always very helpful. I always get the lowest prices and the most prompt service. I love the free delivery service.

What’s the point of setting up an appointment for immunization if they’re going to let walk ins go before you, and then take 40 minutes to see you. Worst pharmacy experience in Texas.

I love HEB as a grocer, but this is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. I am on medications that need roughly monthly refills and it's about a 50% chance the medications are available, and there is a 0% chance that there is any communication from the pharmacy whether or not it is available until I call. It's a complete guessing game if the app has any modicum of accuracy as well. If you are unable to fill an order, and the patient requires this medication, don't you think it's prudent to contact them to let them know?Today, I called to see what the status of my prescription was, and once again it wasn't available. They then told me that they had a return and would be able to fill my order in the afternoon. I arrive in the afternoon and guess what? They sold it to someone else.This is one example of many that makes it unfortunately impossible to choose HEB as a pharmacy. Please shop there for groceries, but seek somewhere else for your pharmacy needs.

Terrible. Called ahead and was told 40 minutes. Showed up to the window and was told it would be 30 more minutes. I had two kids under 3 in the car. One was sick and would have appereciated more sense of urgency

Called up ahead of time .. they told me it will be ready in an hour .. came after 3 hours and they made me wait in the drive way giving some excuses or other .

BEST run Pharmacy anywhere. I transferred all of my prescriptions here. There is always a Human to talk to and they get things done.
