“First Barre class with Tessa and I absolutely loved it! Everyone was so kind and welcoming plus since it was my first barre class ever Tessa was really great about explaining extra and sharing how the class works. Will definitely be going back for more barre classes and can’t wait to try other classes!”

1075 N Lakeline Blvd STE 104, Cedar Park“My boys and I recently joined Rockhold Karate, and it might be the best thing any of us have done in quite some time. Everyone, whether kids or adults, are very respectful and encouraging, and this clearly comes from the top down. The owner and instructor, Chris, has fostered a fantastic environment for practicing and learning where those with advanced experience help bring up those with less.Chris has achieved the right balance in challenging students (adults and kids) to focus and grow in discipline, yet also with patience, kindness, and a good deal of laid-back humor. I can't recommend this place enough.Additionally, it should be noted that the legit collection of Lego Star Was ships in the office really ties the place together.”
“First the bad, but there is a lot of good too. Ok so my nit picks. They do not police the rules on the track. You get groups of entitled old folk walking in 3 or 4 side by side and they make you break stride every time you lap them. People stop on the track and use cell phones. The cell phone use is the Weight room is INSANE. People sit and play with thier phones on the machines. Older gents sit forever between sets and sometimes take 15 mins on a machine to do three sets. Then they make a production of wiping the machines down and leave them wet. Anybody that wants to work hard and move fast between sets is going to be frustrated by the other gym goers. The lobby is for chit chatting the track and weight room are for working out! Ok the good! The weight room while sparse is complete and the machines work. Most of the time you can get a effective work out there. Its not as good as a full blown commercial gym, but its cheap and it works. The membership is so reasonable that this is a good backstop for a secondary gym membership. The Staff is nice and helpful, the bathrooms are fine.”
“My boyfriend and I Love this gym! Ian is a fantastic owner/coach and pushes you to stretch your limits while also offering modifications if needed. The team welcomed us in and were so friendly. We love Heros! Would recommend to anyone.”

901 N Vista Ridge Blvd #400, Cedar Park“I generally consider myself a peaceful person - been in less than a single fight in my entire life. So, I spent a good number of years thinking kickboxing wouldn’t be my thing. Thank goodness for a neighbor mentioning 9Round and that sweet 2-week introductory special the Vista Ridge location was running. It took less than a week to make a kickboxer out of me!Flexible session times and staff on-site to guide & correct makes this an effective and efficient use of our precious time. I can also (begrudgingly) admit that I am not a peaceful person from rounds 3-8, and I LOVE EVERY BRUTAL MINUTE. Sticks and stones may break my bones, but bags and gloves excite me ;)”
“I love this place! It’s very clean and welcoming. Friendly atmosphere with helpful, experienced trainers who really care about your progress. Knowledgeable trainers means better results and fewer injuries. I’m very happy with the results I’ve seen since I’ve been coming here.”

2301 S Lakeline Blvd, Cedar Park“The best gym in cedar park for your buck. If you are ultra rich, don't let me stop you from going to the $200-300/month fancy gyms. I used to go to those fancy ones in California but then I wanted to downsize my expenses and found this gem 6 months ago. There's no "salesperson" in this gym. Erik signed me up, he's one of the trainers there. No hidden charges, straight forward easy to understand monthly options. Very empathetic guy who's always around to say hi to everyone with positive vibes. I tried Erik and Tiffany (very professional), both good trainers. Most members are chill people (quiet and respectful. Occasionally you get a few loud or awkward ones but 90% of the people are respectful. I'm a woman of color and I feel safe going to this gym day and night). They offer free once a month personal training which I found is such cherry on the top. They do have a one year mandate contract thing but due to super low monthly fee , a whole year is not a lot either. Gym is never too packed and very clean
. The owners and trainers are good listeners and take feedback very well too. I recommend this gym.”
“It’s a great gym my kid loves going here. The facility is huge and well designed. Coaches are very good. Shout out to the preschool program morning program led by Ms Brandy is a life saver for Mom’s”

It’s as great as it ever was and I still absolutely love it. It’s great to be back! This Cedar Park, TX location and staff are wonderful.”
“I've been going to this LA Fitness for almost 3 years now.
Great gym with almost any equipment you could need.
Definitely very clean as they do a great job of stocking and keeping up in the locker room.
The only negative is that the sauna has been out of order for over a year now.
If it wasn't for that, it would get 5 stars.”

1314 Cypress Creek Road, Cedar Park“They did a really nice job remodeling the gym. Especially in the area that used to house the swimming pool. It’s really opens the place up and the equipment they put in ( Plae ) is exceptional. The manager, Augustine, and his crew are always friendly and available to answer questions or provide help. It’s a good mix of older and younger gym goers as well - which is nice too.
Highly recommend!”
“Infinit8 is the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. Eugene has created a warm, welcoming and motivating environment. The workouts are fun and challenging, and there is a ton of variety with the exercises and class formats. I’ve been at I8 for almost 3 years and they helped me stay active and modify my workouts during my pregnancy and postpartum - it’s really for all skill levels. I’m grateful to have a place like this that makes me enjoy working out and keeps me feeling good!”
