We have had a storage unit for a couple of years at the Cedar Park location. They have had an issue with their front (only) gate; it was inoperable for months without repair. Consequently, someone drove into yard and broke into our unit. We had to file separate (my brother and I share the unit) insurance claims each with a respective deductible. They have the perp on camera and the district manager (DM) for StorQuest actually found our lock, which had been cut off, in a different area of the yard. We called this DM to get the information to file a claim but he rudely, abruptly, said he was not going to give us any information and subsequently hung up on me. I have requested multiple times for his boss to contact me but have not heard back from anyone. This is basic; they are culpable for allowing this truck to enter the yard and remove our property on two separate occasions.

I have been renting storage for about 20 months with StorQuest. I have been very satisfied with the property. Monique took over as the manager and has been great in communicating with me. I would recommend the company.

I have been with Storquest for over 3 years now, and have had a great experience. The units are older, but clean and well taken care of. Monique Ellis, the store manager, is awesome! Anything I have ever needed or had questions she was there to help. Monique has always had a great attitude and upbeat!I am moving now, and even with that, Monique was as awesome as ever. Go see Monique, she will always take care of you.

Great customer service from Monique & with new StorQuest company. Only reason we left the CP location is we required a smaller unit that was not available at CP & b/c the Leander location is much closer to our home!We stayed with StorQuest, as you offer the best pricing & very friendly mangers!Thank you for an awesome experience.

Had a horrible experience! I spoke to the lady who manages this location yesterday to confirm when I’d be coming to pick up the items from an auction unit today. I arrive, no one was there. Called the number and was told to wait an hour, she may be at lunch. Waited an hour. Called back and was on the phone for 15 minutes until the line was disconnected. The DM nor the storage mngr were no where to be found. I then called again and reached someone else who finally sent an email. I even tried calling the DM 10 times, no answer no response. Finally someone called me from a different location, Leander, so lovely!! She came right over to help us.I can say as action buyer WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!
