I just dropped off a big trash bag full of nice shoes from my closet. Not one person said thank you. I’ll be taking my things to Salvation Army from now on.

Very bad manager with poor taste. She keeps the worse junk and sell them for insane prices, compared to other Goodwills. Stop putting "Can't return" stickers on useless broken items. Useless doorstop going into the trash. She assumes everyone has the time to shop on Ebay for more than one missing part per electronics/kitchen appliance and still be less expensive than buying a perfectly functioning one on Ebay. That is so wrong. A working one is way cheaper on Ebay. Now I know why we had stopped shopping at this Goodwill, but thought we'd give them a second chance. Bad manager. Stay away.

Today I donated 3 bags of hand made crocheted baby bonnets ; hats and child size hats, sweaters, ear warmers and a baby blanket along with 2 like new Lands End coats. Every item was clean, folded and safely stored. The man took everything and dumped it all haphazardly into a large bin. When we lived in Austin I took all my hand made items to HOPE or to Dell Children's Hospital. Where they were always welcome. I have no confidence the items I donated to Goodwill will be treated with any type of care or even make it to the sales area. I will not donate there again.

Always like coming to this Goodwill. The merchandise turns over quickly, there is a vast selection of apparel, and always a seasonal highlight of decorations and so on. They do a great job sorting and setting up display areas and end caps. I always end up with a cart full of items to up cycle and repurpose.Remember Tuesday’s is Senior discount day!

Guy taking donations took my gift and was putting tool items behind the store and not taking them inside. I complained and nothing was done I took my items back he said they were his tools now I took them and gave to nieghbor. How can you donate when employees steal it for themselves. Manager said items needing repair goes to another store. If I donate a item in good shape why did je put the item off camera. Julian the door man is a thief and a liar

Seemingly more expensive pricing than other GW stores. If I could afford to shop at the mall, I would. I go to Goodwill for affordable deals. The cashiers in the front are super sweet but the other employees (the employees that put items out or never work as cashiers) don’t know how to say ‘excuse me’ if they need you to move. They don’t acknowledge that you’re there at all. Will not donate or shop here anymore.

The lady that runs this place is the rudest patron of terrible customer service I’ve ever seen. I watched her chastise the people working like she had a slave driver complex. The. Tried to ask for help and was met with the same “I hate my job so I’m gonna make you feel like an idiot for asking a question” mentality. Every one that worked there was talking about how terrible of a boss she was when she would snap an order then walk off to start demeaning someone else. The lady that ran that store previously was 10 times better at the job from orginazation, fair pricing, greeting shoppers, all around better attitude. Good will should have better judge if charachter when appointing store managers.

I was already in sticker shock with the prices at this place and was ready to leave but saw a pair a jeans I might have been interested in - only to find out the dressing rooms are closed. So not only are we asked to pay exorbitant prices, but we can't even make sure they fit before we get charged through the nose? No thanks. I walked out after I saw the dressing rooms were closed. And please, spare the canned response on how your "pricing" works and whatever excuses you have for fitting rooms being closed. I'm not buying anything that I don't know will fit me and your prices are pure grift.

Hopefully this review reaches higher management and customers who are concerned about how employers are treated:The new manger/ supervisor in store was so unprofessional, she kept taking personal phone calls from her wife in front of employees and on the clock. Moreover, she will treat the employees badly and definitely goodwill standards have been validated. Overall the worst management style. I wouldn’t be surprised if they start having a higher turn over rate.

Manager Refused to Honor Price Tag.I wanted to purchase a Batman kids bike (which had no kickstand or training wheels)and it had two price tags. One for $95 (what!?) and one for $17.49.I brought it inside to clarify the price, and the manager proceeded to look up the market value on her phone and offer me $25 for the bike. She was unwilling to honor the $17.49 price because “someone messed up the price”. I had to actually bargain down to $20!! So ridiculous considering I bought a better quality LOL doll bike at the 1431 location for $10.49 a week ago!UPDATE: I shop at Goodwill all the time, and the staff at this location are very kind and friendly. So this experience was disappointing, but if the issue has been addressed I have no problem continuing to shop at this Goodwill.

The place was organized and clean, there were many clothes, books and appliances to choose from but outfits are lacking in small and medium sizes. Especially for men. Be sure to arrive there early to catch the good stuff. People tend to buy in bulk so you'd be short on a couple choices. Prices are decent especially for a place like Cedar Park but don't expect much under $5

Didn’t find what I needed, but this must be the friendliest group of employees I have ever met at a Goodwill. I’ll be back just because of them.

The store is well organized and clean. The racks are so overfilled with items on hangers it’s difficult to see whats on the rack. The prices are extremely high for a Good Will. Bicycles were $150 Might as well buy new at that price and they wonder why they have not sold.

Went to drop off some almost new small appliances at this location. The workers did not acknowledge anyone. They were right by the door. So I lifted the box with the items, set it on the floor, and left. They didn't even look. Hey, if you don't want donations, I think i'll take them somewhere else. I'm sorry to have bothered you.
