I dealt with 2 associates at Francesca's yesterday. Both of them were very lovely.One of them was Kaitlyn,I believe, and the other one was Cassie. I will go back to this store because of the way I was treated. Customer service is king!

Rude employee Shelby. Can’t shop or walk in without being harassed. Tried to trick/bully me into signing up for an account and was very passive aggressive.

Went into francesca’s just to look around and ended up scoring some deals on a few cute tops! I'm writing this review because service was stellar! Shelby was so friendly and helpful and I was very impressed with the level of service she was providing to each customer. I observed her learning customer's names, asking about their plans for the evening, how she could help them, etc.... That's typical retail sales stuff but Shelby was so genuine! She offered to get me a dressing room started and wrote a nice message on the mirror for me, that was a sweet touch. She honestly made me feel so valued as a customer. Bonus, I always appreciate shopping in a clean and organized store and this location was spotless and very well taken care of.I learned Shelby was a manager at the store (no surprise by her work ethic, service, and hustle). She told me about how much she loves her job and that shows. I hope she's there next time I go back because I know I'll have a great shopping experience!Thanks for your help today, Shelby!

The store had very nice stuff. Nobody told me about the sale that was going on, or greeted me, or asked if I needed help. Two young ladies were behind the counter on their phones. Some other customers came in and they were greeted and had a nice conversation with the ladies behind the counter about the shoes the customer had on. I was shocked when I heard that one of the ladies was a manager. Very nice stuff but the customer service needs help immediately.

I prefer Italyesca's and Spainesca's, but this one is good too. They sell girlie clothes and they're kind of classy and a little expensive, but also they have a boutique element to them, so you'll find some things in here that are a little different and nice, if you like boutiques and aren't too picky. Barbie isn't into flowery dresses, she says most of what she finds in here are along those lines, which isn't really her style. Still, they're not bad, and it's good to have them in the mall up here at Lakeline in northwest Austin.

I waited at least 15 minutes for a fitting room and when I finally got in, the curtain of my fitting room was opened twice while I was undressed, once by the manager. She asked if someone was in there but didn't even wait for me to respond before opening the curtain. It was so violating. Then when I went to the register the girl did not acknowledge me or ask if I was ready to pay. She just continued folding clothes like I wasn't even there. Terrible customer service here.

The ladies here were super friendly. Great customer service, they asked me if I needed help a few times and complemented me in the things I tried on. Very sweet ladies. I highly recommend going here!!

Just got back from visiting Francesca's at lakeline mall, and I must say I was very impressed with all their womens stuff including small gifts and clothing. We were shopping for a wedding recently, so we looked at dresses and matching jewelry, overall a nice neat place to shop at.
