We have purchased two mattresses from this location, and we have loved both of them. We recently upgraded to a king from a queen and continued to use the same metal frame. Come to find out, we needed middle support for our frame cause the middle of the mattress was caving in. Brian got us a new frame to try and see if that would fix our issue, and it 100% did. I highly recommend talking to Brian if you're looking for a new mattress. Very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to.

We went to Factory Mattress after visiting another mattress store just to make comparisons. John at Factory Mattress was one of the most helpful salespersons we encountered. He explained the pros and cons of each mattress we were interested in and the pros and cons of each adjustable frame as well. Needless to say this took quite a bit of time and we never felt rushed even when other customers came in, he greeted them as he excused himself and came back o us.We bought a mattress and an adjustable frame.Being sort of new to TX, John explained we could avoid paying taxes on a health and wellness purchase with a prescription from a doctor and since I see a chiropractor on the regular, I got the script and saved $230 in taxes.Bryan sent in the paperwork to process our tax exemption and we now have a lovely mattress and adjustable frame that fits our family's needs. Thank you John and Bryan!

Johnny Laing was super helpful in our Mattress selection. We really feel we made the best choice in our Tempurpedic Luxe Breeze split king with ergo Pro Smart base bed. We almost had purchased a Sleep Number bed, but his excellent customer service convinced us that we would get good follow-up service if needed, unlike the support we received on our prior Sleep Number bed. Johnny took great care of us! He even showed us how to play games and our music through the bed!Thanks!!RnR

I have never shopped for a mattress in the serious prior, having cheaped out in the past. The experience here was inviting, friendly, and very informative with zero pressure to pick anything. They had a great system in place to determine which one was right for you and it was accurate because the top one listed for us was the best choice which we ended up getting. Pricing was reasonable, they offer free delivery and haul away for you and that was available within the next 2 days. Our sales agent was Brian, and I highly recommend paying them a visit if you're trying to find the right bed for you.

Great experience! Brian was not only professional, informative & personable but importantly we didn't feel pressured. We had a list of mattress locations we wanted to check out. We went back to Brian as we were comfortable with him & his understanding of our needs. We left feeling like we made a good purchase and was able to take advantage of sales.
