My daughter, Amisha completed all the levels of Math from Eye Level. Eye Level helped build a robust foundation in Mathematics for Amisha and kept her ahead in school. This year she graduated from Round Rock High School with Excellence in Math.
I am grateful to Prema and the dedicated Math teachers in the institute for their invaluable service to the Cedar Park Community.

Mrs. Prema is very unprofessional. She would not respond to any emails regarding payment

My son has been at this location for a few years. We definitely see an improvement in his Math abilities.

Eye Level is a good enrichment program. Earlier my son used to go Kumon, after a while he started complaining of too many repitations. After moving to Eye Level he is doing fine. They have small rooms with an instructor and we don't need to do the grading. The prompt response from Shashi and Hema at Round Rock, Avery and Anderson Mill locations is highly appreciated. I recommend all the parents supplementing with Eye Level, definitely help later in High School.

Complaint: On February 10th, I went into the Learning Center per the Owner's request to adjust a date written on the check I had submitted and that I owed an extra $10 late fee. I walked into the center and asked them if they wanted their $10 late fee and the Owner (*****) rudely informed me that I should review the policy in a very condescending manner. I told him that I was never given a copy of the current policy by the original owner of the business and that he should give me a copy to avoid future conflict. He then raised his voice to his secretary telling her to give me a copy of the policy. At this point I informed him that I did not appreciate his tone, body language and hostile presence (he was speaking loudly at this point out in the reception area despite the fact that there were others in the lobby and children in the classrooms). I further informed him that if he continued to present himself in this manner I would call the police to which he said-"Call them I don't care." I also informed him that he had poor customer service relations and should not be in front office if he cannot positively interact with clients. I then told him that I was done dealing with him and would not stoop to his level and would have no further conversation. I requested a one month notice form and withdrew my daughter at this point to which he said "You're not doing me a favor-withdraw." On the way home, my daughter then further mentioned that he had occasionally raised his voice to her and her peers (two of whom are no longer in the program). I have never received such poor treatment at any facility in the United States and I am in utter shock that this owner should be allowed to operate a center that educates children.
Desired Settlement: I would like the franchise (Eye Level Learning Centers) to review this matter before I make a formal complaint.
