The worst customer service I have ever encountered in the states..The store manager is soo rude that he doesnt respond anything to customer or solve any issue..I have placed an online pickup order to the store and didnt like one of the items and asked him to return..He was not able find the transaction in the system and he was not ready to solve the issue and he was outright behaving badly and doesnt respond to any questions..Typical racist mentality..Never stepping in this store again..Would like to report it to Express

I really like this store. There is a male and female side, and both have a variety of casual, work, and even some evening clothing. My favorite item I've ever found is a sexy black dress!The service here is solid. I've always found the employees to not only be helpful, but they are also willing to give honest feedback when I try on clothes. I should note they typically wear the clothes too, so you can see how they look.As to the company, I can say the quality of the clothing is good. They hold up well to multiple washes and trips to the dry cleaners. There's also a free rewards program worth signing up for. You earn store cash--and there's no limitation on how much you can redeem at one time.

Times on google are off, I would advise not going in the evening since they’re usually closed an hour (sometimes more) before the time on google.

Drove 25 minutes to come to this mall, just to visit Express. I ordered a pair of jeans from their website and they were too large. It's tough to find an Express within a decent amount of miles, at least in my case. I have bought pants and work clothing from them for years, and I appreciate their new sustainable line of jeans, but I'm shopping with them less due to location access. And they have a pricey shipping fee but don't refund that if the item doesn't fit. This particular store seemed well organized and the sales associate was friendly. They didn't have the size I needed, unfortunately. If anyone visits this mall and is unfamiliar like I was, the Express store is upstairs, across from the food court.

love Express. They're my got to store. They did go through a phase when all the clothes looked like every other stores, but I feel like they are getting back to the unique but trendy vibe they had back in the 90s early 00s.
