I am repeatedly asked to update my credit card information while being informed via Email that my policy will be cancelled if I do not update the information. This happens in spite of the fact that I have already updated the credit card information. I tried having a direct bank transfer of the premium amount last year and it did not go through. I had the bank send a check instead, That check was not quickly credited to my account and my policy was cancelled. After phoning the office the policy was reinstated. I keep getting some kind of installment payments charged to my credit card (ranging from 22 to 89 dollars) in spite of the fact that I have made a lump sum payment thinking that was all that was required for the next 6 months or 12 months. I try calling the office and find that there is little help after Thursdays at 12:30. I am frustrated. I have never reported a loss in the last 10 years yet my premium have doubled.

I recently contacted Dowd Insurance for auto & home policy quotes as renewal prices with my previous insurance company increased substantially. Jennifer & Tom were so helpful and walked me through the process of changing insurance carriers as I had never switched companies before. They found policies that were comparable to my previous insurance and saved me almost $3,000 per year! I was impressed with their attention to detail - they call when they say they will and they do what they say they will do. My experience could not have been better. Highly recommend!

I've had an amazing experience working with the agents at Dowd. They are highly responsive, informative, and provide excellent customer service. I have had to engage with the team several times over the past few months to review and adjust coverage, and the they always patiently answers all of my questions, take time to understand exactly what I need, review all options, and ensure I get exactly what I need. I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience.
