Don't waste your time !!! Worst customer service ever.....they don't communicate the return policy clearlydon't let you do any return or exchange n then you are stuck with the product...never returning to dillards ever again.

The store has good collection but it’s overpriced. Certain product of the same brands are expensive than you find online or in other store. As far as work environment is concerned the it’s not great. Understand in such stores mainly focus on sales but they expect a lot from employees. Store manager has unrealistic expectations from the employees. They are never well planned in advance before the corporate visits and then later make employees work back and forth to present store in a better manner. I too work in Dillard’s 5 years ago during my college time for fun but never experienced such hurdles. Secondly there is lot of pressure to employee to request customer for credit cards. As a customer if I have credit card of company that offers way better benefits than Dillard’s card why would I apply for a Dillard’s credit card !!

I've been a loyal customer here for years. Today I attempted to return an item and they refused bc I cut the tag off (still had tag with shirt). 1 star is for the service.

Dillard’s has always been one of my favorite places to shop. Store is always clean & well-organized, & the staff is friendly & helpful. They have a large selection of items & the quality is great.

I feel like 2 stars is a little dramatic but… I was checking out today at 8pm as they were making their 3rd announcement about how the doors will close and some exits will still be available. I find it a little ridiculous that we had to exit on the exterior of the mall to come back inside, and then walk through half the mall— to get back to where we parked at the food court. It was impractical and … rude? They have people stationed at the exit doors by the parking lot with keys to lock those doors but no one to let people back in the mall. I understand that there was several announcements made about “some exits being left open” I know I sound like a Karen but this as very irritating especially considering I was a customer that actually paid money with the store … according to my bank statement at 7:59 pm. I don’t see why someone couldn’t have let me out within a 5-10 minute walking distance instead of a 25 minute walk around the mall back to my car. I don’t know… just irritated by the experience.

The worse company to ever work for especially the one on lakeline the managers do sneaky stuff to make there selfs look better they throw everything under the rug, the manager I was working for which her name is annalisa in lingere decided to make a fake comment under my personal information about her self and the district manager. They are very dirty in there and unprofessional. WORSEEEEEEEE STOREEEE EVER.

Stopped at Dillard's Lakeline to purchase a gift at the James Avery counter. Found the charm I wanted and a beautiful chain to match with help from Iris. She was awesome and helped me pick out the chain and she modeled them for me. World-class customer service and a seamless transaction. Thank you, Iris!

Glory said her name is, the “manager”Said she could not take my exchange because the receipt was un readable; is was the original receipt that they gave at the store; their printer does not work and not is my fault? You can see the amount, the receipt number but the description of the item; she could easily see the receipt number and decided to to exchange my item; so they mistake is my fault???

Gary in the Men's Big and Tall section is amazing! He always has a smile, he is helpful and friendly. Every time we go in to shop he is welcoming and recognizes us. The selection is great and we always find what we are looking forward. High quality clothes at great prices and service with a smile! Thank you Gary for taking such good care of us!

In town visiting family and killed some time in the mall on a Saturday. Did a little shopping in Dillard's, our favorite department store chain (and one of the few left...). The store was very pleasant (both locations in the mall) and the staff was very friendly. Overall, a good experience. Stay in business, Dillard's!

I was looking for men's dress slacks in regular fit. The suit department only had unhemmed pants so I went to the casual men's department. They had a ton of slim fit but very few regular fit. There was One pair in my size. I bought them and am happy with them. I'm not happy about the lack of selection in the store. I really hate buying clothes online. I like to try them on and feel the material. I'm glad I found one but would have preferred to have had a selection. In store employees are not helpful. They won't help you look for what you need.

HUGE shout-out to Brittney at Estee Lauder for taking the time to give me a quick makeover as a spur of the moment, walk-in client-in under an hour, on a Saturday!!! My makeup looked amazing, and she was so sweet! I highly recommend her!! Thank you again!!
