Worst CVS ever, I wish 0 stars was an option. My infant daughter and I contracted Covid so I went to get some mucinex and other supplies. I went to ask the pharmacist if the medicine was okay for me to take since I was breastfeeding. He was so rude, telling me that they were closed and he was on the phone. When I asked him the question, he told me to read the package. Well, the package says to ask a physician....so much for a "doctor" actually helping someone minutes after the pharmacy closes. I waited forever at the front for someone to help me get the extra Covid tests I ordered for pickup and they wouldn't give me Advil because it's inside the pharmacy that was closed.

I've been using this location for my family's prescriptions for the last two years because it's the closest and most convenient location-wise, but honestly, the location isn't worth it anymore. Their pharmacy customer service is terrible. They never called to let you know when prescriptions are ready, but yet they spam you with texts begging you to put your prescriptions on automatic refills. And when you don't come get meds in a timely manner, because they didn't bother to notify us, we get spammed with messages that we need to pick up ASAP. My husband has had issues where he's gone into the online system and turned the auto refill off, only for them to turn it back on without his permission.Today was the final straw that will have me looking for a new pharmacy. We called in a prescription in last week for my son, with about 4 days left in his current supply, expecting to pick up the new bottle. Never heard from them over the weekend, which is typical, but when my husband went to pick it up today, they told him the meds are on back-order and not available. So instead of calling us last week when they received the prescription from the doctor's office to let us know they couldn't fill it, they did nothing. Now my son is completely out of medicine and I had to scramble and spend hours on the phone today to find an alternate medicine that is available and get the doctor to call in a new presciption, so he won't be without meds. If they had bothered to call me last week when they found out they couldn't fille it, I would have had more time and not had to scramble to find a solution. So yeah, after we get this final prescription filled, I'm done. I'm willing to drive a couple of miles further down the street to HEB or the Walgreen's pharmacy, neither of which I've ever had issues with.

I can understand being busy, understaffed, etc. That's absolutely no excuse to be rude to customers and people just trying to get their medicine. Has it not occurred to those who work in the Pharmacy that the people there are often SICK and therefore may need a little additional explanation?Female worker at the Pharmacy was extremely rude while trying to pick up my prescription. Asked for my info and then just said "I don't have it" and was extremely unclear what she meant. While I was trying to figure out where the issue was, she got testy with me and just repeated "I don't HAVE IT!" loudly, several other people looked around at her. Like that was going to solve anything! I was humiliated and made to feel idiotic for not understanding her rude, curt words.Apparently what she meant was that she did not have the medication in stock and needed to transfer my prescription to another location- but it was very rude and unclear, and she didn't say any of that at first. I have no problems going elsewhere if I need to, I just wanted to understand the situation to make sure I didn't need to call my physician's office back to fix it on their end. I've had okay interactions with the other pharmacist but I think I'll be choosing another place to get my meds from now on, that kind of attitude is just uncalled for from one respectful adult to another.

Must use CVS due to Aetna insurance. This one is much closer to my house but due to past terrible service years ago, I started using the one in Target at Ranch 1890. Finally had a little hiccup at the Target store, so came back to this one to talk with them and see if they had improved.Found 2 employees having a wonderful talk, totally ignoring me. After 90 seconds or so I finally spoke up asking if I could speak with the Manager. They pointed to an unattended window and kept talking. Went to the window and waited. No one came. Asked the working (and busy) Pharmacist if they were the Manager. They shook their head no and looked back at the two talkers. Finally one of the talkers came over and asked me what I wanted. Me: “Are you the Manager?” Him: “Yes.” Me: “What was all that about?” meaning ignoring me, sending me away, ignoring me again, etc. Him: “I was talking with an employee.” (apparently more important than even acknowledging me and saying they would be with me momentarily). I smiled and told him he had already answered my question. Then I walked away. If you want this sort of disservice, please go ahead and use this place. I won’t, not ever again.

Pharmacy staff are always very caring and they take time to explain all details of prescriptions. Store is always clean and you can find everything in stock. Checkout is simple. Easy access, great location.

I had 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled today at 8:15 am, I asked for my prescriptions to be sent to this CVS location as it was close to me. The first time I went in after getting teeth pulled we were given an attitude by a staff member saying we don't got it. She told us to pull around which we did so she could help the two cars behind, and then told again they don't have any prescriptions. We came back a second time the same staff member looked very annoyed that we were back, and the other staff member said there still isn't a medication ready. I tried to call the pharmacy multiple times and couldn't speak to anyone. It's 4:32 pm and I still don't have my medications post-operative surgery, I am not one to type a bad review, but if you need medication filled do not come here. It was very disheartening to get treated with disrespect after getting 4 teeth pulled. If I could give zero stars I most certainly would. I will never use a CVS, or a Walgreen's pharmacy unless absolutely necessary. This place was a big waste of time. Instead of resting comfortably after surgery I had to call the doctors office and have them send it to a different pharmacy.

Always great for running. I'm quick for basic necessities. Front-end staff is always friendly. Get used to be your own cashier. The pharmacy is not the friendliest, but I just need my medications.

The pharmacy has weird hours and the info in the Google Map listing is *NOT* accurate. The pharmacy is CLOSED from 1:30-2:00 daily. On weekdays, they are open from 9am to 8pm. On weekends, they are open from 10am to 6pm. Photos attached to confirm.Hopefully, this will help prevent frustration from other people, because I, too, have come at off-hours and it's never pleasant.

The pharmacy employees are rude and don't seem to enjoy working there. The message notifications aren't used properly and they give you attitude when you ask about your prescription.

I really can not speak to any improvements. Your staff at this location is always busy, but concerned and helpful. I know they work hard, and I appreciate it. Amy at this CVS location (New Hope and Bagdad) has ALWAYS gone the extra mile to help me and my husband in our Medicare and doctor world. She takes the time to explain everything, she strives to help us get the most out of our benefits. She is efficient helpful and always happy. I will wait until I know she is working to interact with the pharmacy. I would like to add that ALL the staff, the pharmacists, Kiersten and others have always been very kind and helpful, but Amy is my go-to person!

The pharmacy folks are nice but I don't think I've ever encountered a pharmacy with wait times like this one. Don't even bother with the drive thru either. You'll regularly sit there for 15 minutes waiting for them to get one car through (heck it just happened the other day).If someone is going to take longer than a few minutes MAKE THEM COME INSIDE!! I've emailed CVS about this in the past but they continue to do nothing about it.
