I had a prescription to fill for my son who was traveling out of the country that I could not find anywhere, and we were on a time crunch. This location showed that they had it in stock. Latha took her time and kept looking for it until she found it. I appreciate her so much!

Went in for an item that has been on the advertisement for the last 2 weeks. Once again it is out. When leaving, one of the 2 workers in the front asked if I found everything I needed (that was unusual, but promising). When I told her no I didn't she wished me a great day.
Gone are the days when they would have offered to help by looking in the back to see if they had more in stock or when they expected to get more in. Guess I'm expecting too much.

I had a terrible experience at the drive-thru pharmacy. The woman was so rude, and I had to wait an hour to get the medication.

It takes 30 to 49 minutes to get thru drive thru lane. Need to have more staff or have dedicated pharmacy tech at window.

Came in to take passport photos. Shift supervisor using the camera gave me a bunch of weird attitude, couldn’t answer any questions about the printing type for validity purposes, then took insanely blurry photos that 100% wouldn’t pass and refused to take them again, told me they’d come out the same and focusing is apparently impossible? Very weird energy. Told her I’d leave and take them elsewhere. Felt extremely unwelcome.

Sandra the pharmacist is kind, courteous and respectful. She took the time to listen and help sort out the transition from another pharmacy to this location. I appreciate the entire staff who is also quick to assist answer questions. I’m glad I found this pharmacy in Cedar Park !!

The pharmacy window is consistently closed. I understand they need to take lunch breaks, but to have everyone on lunch at the same time for over an hour feeling inefficient and it is dangerous for people needing medication during that window of time.

Meggitt consistently exhibits a negative attitude and often displays anger, seemingly seeking opportunities to frustrate costumers rather than assisting them. It's perplexing why management hasn't address this behavior.
Five Stars for Amy
Amy is incredibly friendly and understanding towards her customers, always patient and helpful. Recently, I used a GoodRX coupon to save some money, and she efficiently sorted that out for me. Her exceptional service consistently brightens my day.
Google don't allow multiple review for same business. They only let you edit it.

Exceptionally rude service provided by pharmacy staff. Pharmacy manager Sandra Boulos was overly aggressive in nature. I will never go back here. I would rather drive to California to get a prescription than deal with this pharmacy.
