The pharmacy has weird hours and the info in the Google Map listing is *NOT* accurate. The pharmacy is CLOSED from 1:30-2:00 daily. On weekdays, they are open from 9am to 8pm. On weekends, they are open from 10am to 6pm. Photos attached to confirm.Hopefully, this will help prevent frustration from other people, because I, too, have come at off-hours and it's never pleasant.

I really can not speak to any improvements. Your staff at this location is always busy, but concerned and helpful. I know they work hard, and I appreciate it. Amy at this CVS location (New Hope and Bagdad) has ALWAYS gone the extra mile to help me and my husband in our Medicare and doctor world. She takes the time to explain everything, she strives to help us get the most out of our benefits. She is efficient helpful and always happy. I will wait until I know she is working to interact with the pharmacy. I would like to add that ALL the staff, the pharmacists, Kiersten and others have always been very kind and helpful, but Amy is my go-to person!

The pharmacy folks are nice but I don't think I've ever encountered a pharmacy with wait times like this one. Don't even bother with the drive thru either. You'll regularly sit there for 15 minutes waiting for them to get one car through (heck it just happened the other day).If someone is going to take longer than a few minutes MAKE THEM COME INSIDE!! I've emailed CVS about this in the past but they continue to do nothing about it.

Amy at the pharmacy is very unfriendly and not pleasant to deal with. They make you wait and circle the property to get back in line when they mess up on the paperwork then wait some more. This is not enjoyable when needing your prescription. I will be changing my primary pharmacy from this location. This was an unpleasant experience to say the least... i do not recommend this pharmacy location.

Just had the worst experience I've had had at CVS. So much that I'll never use them again. They had me pull around 4 times in order to fill the prescription for my infant daughter whom which was crying in the back seat. The pharm tech asked if I could go inside which I let him know I couldn't since she was very ill and I wanted to not go through that process nor upset her anymore. I then asked for children's motrin which is now a service you can receive through the drive through. The pharm tech then told me I could find it on isle 11. The absurdity, bluntness, and sheer lack of competency in this location is baffling. If you have perceptions here or shop regularly, DON'T! There is a better CVS ( if you must) 10 minutes down the road. You can save yourself an hours worth of time by heading to that location. Read the other reviews as well. I wish I would have before wasting mine and my daughter's time.

They are so slow! Literally had prescriptions called in at 1030a and went to pick them up at 630p and they still weren't ready. Guy tried to expedite my prescription, but the pharmacist had to approve it and he had zero care in the world about getting it done. I had to leave without my meds as I had a flight to catch...

There is a male pharmacist who is always arrogant and rude. He has yelled at me more than once when I’m trying to explain something to him. The pharmacy techs are always pleasant and helpful.

Unless you have over 30 minutes to wait in line (that’s how long I’ve been here, so god only knows how much longer it will be) then I suggest getting your Rx elsewhere. They’ve also had issues with pediatric doses of medications that should be weight based and the pharmacist is not knowledgeable.Edit: the techs are awful. They don’t know how to run insurance. I was in the line at the drive through and then waited in line at the pick up to have them tell me i had to go to drop off because they couldn’t figure out the insurance card somewhere else. The pharmacist almost gave a woman a Rx for something she was severely allergic to. I’ll be reporting to the board. this place is NOT safe.

The pharmacy is a nightmare to deal with. I understand that it might get very busy, but to have a patient wait for over 1 hour with zero communication is unacceptable. I called them 4-5 times each day for 3-4 days straight. At one point I called the front store to get through to the pharmacy. The least they could’ve done is answer and let me know that the wait time might be longer. I would have gladly called back a different time when they are a bit slower.Very disappointed with the service.

I don't usually give reviews of chain stores, but I have to rave about this one. I went in for a flu shot and the pharmacy technician, Amy, was amazing. My benefits wouldn't go through and rather than just turn me away, Amy went to work. She must have made 4 different calls over the next hour and she would not give up. She finally got to the right person and got my shot approved and processed. Just amazing. I'll stay at CVS forever with people like that.

If I could give ZERO stars, that would be more accurate. Drive thru is never open. Pharmacy is always understaffed. Prescriptions are never filled in a timely manner. Save yourself some time and energy and use the CVS inside of Target.

This has to be the worst pharmacy on the planet. The service is horrendous. You'll wait at the drive thru, you'll wait inside. They seemed to be very understaffed and they seems to be very unhappy. Seek an alternative pharmacy or be prepared to be treated like a bothersome annoyance.

This pharmacy staff is so rude and has horrible customer service. One time I asked a staff member about my prescription being refilled and they were 4 days behind on refills and he was so rude. Today I called about another prescription and the same man was rude and dismissive and even raised his voice when I was asking him a question. This staff is horrible.

Unfortunately there is no 0 rating. This is the worse pharmacy staff ever. I try never write negative review but this pharmacy staff was so rude and horrible to me and mom. Asked why so negative and nice one of the members said "we don't have enough staff mam" this is a new trend excuse. I can be horrible because We don't have enough staff

I scheduled a flu shot for this morning at 10:30 using their available times scheduling on their website. I picked the earliest time and arrived a little early checking in electronically as I was walking through the store. After waiting for the clerk to end a phone call, she took my info and then directed me to get in line. I couldn't see a line until I walked over two aisles. There were eight people waiting ahead of me. I went back to the clerk explaining that I had chosen the earliest time and wondering how so many people could already be in line since I had chosen the first time available. (The scheduler showing times available has times fifteen minutes apart.) The clerk said "We take twenty four appointments per hour. So what is the benefit of the scheduler ? I left . I called our health provider, Baylor, Scott & White in Cedar Park and was told to come right in, no appointment necessary. I was about to move all my prescriptions to this CVS but forget that.
