I do not recommend anyone to enroll their children here! few good teachers had left and I did not want to believe what was going on until I met up with few parents; Michael is nothing but problems since he's been at CREME he is another( female ) who enjoys the drama and gossip I noticed evrything has been falling apart! tanzi is another one who smiles at your face and feeds you good things and at the end the concerns and issues haven't been resolved when they ask for an update she automatically responds to that she handled it and informed michael and nothing has been done I walked in to do a tour with a family friend and noticed few teachers struggling with kids while managers were sitting in the front lobby chatting and giggling while being on their phones over heard teachers saying they felt DISCRIMINATED AND TREATED UN FAIRLY parents were also stating they never received incident reports the communication needs more improvement I don't understand how they losing so many good teachers and nothing has been done i believe they need more training or be fired parents also mentioned that Jimena has an ugly attitude and treats employees so unfairly and poor parents had also made reports and nothing has been done theirs plenty of DISCRIMINATION AGAINST THEMTEACHERS NEED MORE SUPPORT

We enjoy having our little one at Creme. We really like Michael as the director. He has always promptly addressed any concerns we have expressed. He does a great job communicating and the focus is on the kids. We have had great teachers and all of the administration is great! The facility is clean and our son enjoys the food and the splash pad during the summer months. Our older son has attended the summer camp program the past few years and really enjoys the program and the fields trips for the older kids.

Had a child enrolled at this location since they opened. I'm now on kid three and we have been delighted with the teachers and the experience. Eva in Infants A is an angel. Honestly, all the teachers are amazing. I appreciate the pics of my kiddo they send me throughout the day. I also love how diligent they are about cleanliness. When the pandemic first struck, we were awed by the empathetic, careful and fair way the school approached tuition and their policies. Liz, the old director, was a major reason we loved Creme. Since she left, I am happy to say that Tanzi, Candice and everyone else in the front have done an amazing job. I feel confident in the direction things are going. If you are looking for a safe, friendly, nurturing place for your kids, check out Creme. ❤️

Director is incompetent - focused on covering his rear instead of addressing problems. Could not (and still can't) deal with a problematic child in the class for more than a year. My kid constantly came back home with bruises and bite marks but administration failed to address the issue. Some of the teachers Spanish speaking and DO NOT understand or speak English?!Some other teachers employs questionable teaching practices - they give kids candies and small throw-away presents to get them to behave in the class room. So when my little one comes home - she expect the same treatment from parents.Curriculum is a mess as well - random at best, but feels like organized chaos to me. The only positive thing is their Spanish classes that happen every day and are pretty good.Everything went sideways when previous director (Liz) quit. Staff turnover is super high, they can't seem to be able to attract good qualified employees. So don't be fooled by fancy facade and interior - it is a hot mess. Advise to parents: if you love your kids - take your business elseware.

We've had our children at Creme since they were infants. The relationships they build with their teachers is phenomenal. One in particular is Tanzi King. She has all the qualities you'd want in a teacher. She's gentle but firm. Her ability to make my children smile, feel safe and at times comforted when their days are difficult means so much to my wife and I. Thank you Tanzi. Thank you Creme.

We have had our son enrolled at creme for going on 5 months now. As this is by far the best preschool we've enrolled our son in. Our experience has been nothing but amazing! Especially when I have any questions or concerns, the teachers or directors always have an answer and never let us down. This preschool has met all our expectations and is always recommended by my wife and I.

We have had a positive experience at Creme de la Creme. My daughters teachers Ms. Ashley and Ms. Jizelle have been so kind and patient. They truly care. Ms. Tanzi is such a joy to see in the morning when we walk in and Ms. Candace when we leave. Thank you for taking such great care of my kiddo.

Worst place you can send your child to .I did feel a snide racism in the way we were treated and how other parents were treated Crème of trash is what this place is .. multiple counts of racism and discrimination1. My sons name was never on the classroom door literally every kids name was on there2 son comes home with scabs and bite marks everyday no incident report at all we forgo the one month of tuition and moved him cause they are under investigation for sexual abuse3 the director probably doesn't even know who has left4 absolutely no updates of what your kid does when they take them out .kid comes home super tired and you won't know why5 oh and also the cameras have blind spots and convinietly the director says the kids get hurt only in the blind spots and they don't have footage6 extremely shady business do not put your kid there we changed schools and see a world of difference in the updates

Misconduct. Racism. Medical Negligence Before you decide to send your child to Creme De La Creme, I hope this review will help you reconsider. A National chain of pre-school that treats reports of misconduct like it's a joke.Back in Feb of '23 our child told us about misconduct by one of the teachers. We reported this to the management the Texas Regional office. We even reported this to our pediatrician, who strongly recommended that we report the incident to the police and state authorities. My wife and I gave the management the benefit of doubt and trusted them to do the right thing. The management didn't do anything and moved our kid to a different class. What's unbelievable is they didn't even give us an incident report or any notice that they are investigating the misconduct. It's standard protocol to document this and give the parents an incident report. In May '23 as I was dropping my kid off to her class, the staff at front desk jokingly told me to fix her printer as I work in IT. I found the comment to be extremely inappropriate. I sent the management and then entire regional office a follow up email, asking them for an update on the misconduct, and also told them about the racial comment. They didn't even bother to apologize or acknowledge it until I followed up multiple times.Weeks past and after constant follow up their executive director gave me a case number registered with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). When I called the hotline, the confirmed that the case number doesn't exist on their end, and they don't see anything on file under my child's name. My wife and I decided to open an investigation with HHS.The investigation is currently still active and rolling into June and their management sends me an email they they have decided to remove our child from their program as Creme cannot meet our expectations. This is classic retaliation and I forwarded the email to HHS, even copied their regional office on it.Finally after months of email follow up, copying HHS on the communication chain worked and their Regional Manager called us.Instead of trying to understand our concerns and helping out our mind at easy, she blatantly said, my husband is an ex-cop and we know how to deal with these investigations. We do this all the time. She was aggressive and sounded like she was threatening us on the phone.Next day my wife went in to collect our kids belonging, which includes medication prescribed to her for life threatening condition and to be under in cases of medical emergency. Ironically the staff misplaced her medicine and couldn't find it anywhere. Medication for life threatening medical condition goes missing, and neither their regional office nor their management cares. To date no one has called us to say that they found her medicine. All through this process the management of Creme has never once apologized. The management of this location is filled with incompetent people who lack the emotional intelligence of managing a crisis. Don't be fooled by the shiny interiors of the school, their management is incompetent, negligent and racist.

My daughter has been going to Crème De La Crème for over 9 months now. Our experience has been extremely positive. She has an excellent teacher Ms. Darly who keeps her engaged and active. She has learned a lot in class from art /craft to reading and writing. The school is great with classes that rotate classes given toddlers have shot attention spans. She enjoyed her prior teacher Ms. Kendra as well. The school is selective about their teachers and maintains high standard for cleanliness and care. I recommend the school to other parents.

My son loves going to preschool here. He comes home talking up a storm about what he did that day in art, music, STEAM, or gym time and how much he adores his teacher. His language has exploded in the time he has been there. We couldn’t be happier.
