Fast. Nice people. No wait. I hate the process but they made it great. I was literally in and out in 7 minutes!!!! Draw blood.

I've used this place several times in the past and the people there are friendly and when you need blood drawn they are very careful about it and sanitary, they really try to get you in and out fast.

I am not one to write negative reviews, I just don’t want anyone to experience what I did.I went in for my prenatal bloodwork & genetic testing. I brought all my paperwork and my genetic kit my OB gave me. Walk up to the counter, the man working there said, because I’m self pay, they can’t do my genetics. I went and got a nurse from my OBs office to help clear things up, and he immediately talked down to me & the nurse I brought with me, but it got sorted.So I go sit back down, and a few minutes later, they call me back. The man from the front was the one that was going to be doing my bloodwork. It is 4:30 and they close at 5:00(I arrive in the office at 3:15 but understand waiting is often a part of it, so that didn’t upset me). I inform him that I’m nervous and have never had bloodwork done. He didn’t not calm me down or reassure me in any way. He ties the rubber around my arm, and it pops off. He looks at me and accuses me of being difficult. I immediately asked if I could be seen by the other person working there at that time. He said, “don’t be difficult, let’s just get this done” and once again made me uncomfortable. I stood up and told him I’m coming back another day and I don’t feel comfortable doing this today. He repeatedly told me I wasted his time and he already did all the paperwork and insisted I sit down. I immediately walked out. I have never met someone so incredibly rude.On top of ALL of it, before I went back for the attempted blood draw, I asked for an itemized receipt and explained I need an itemized receipt for my healthcare plan in order to get reimbursed. He said the only way to get an itemized receipt is to pay $750 and then I can get one, but with the discounted price of $159 I can’t get an itemized receipt, which makes zero sense.I went back to my OBs office and explained my experience and my nurse was extremely kind and validating and let me know I am not the first person to complain about him.It was a horrific experience, especially for someone that was anxious about this to begin with.I would never recommend this place to anyone. Do not go here.

Highly worst staff ! I spoke to a guy called Ben ! Unprofessional idiot ! Didn’t even acknowledge if I have tests electronically put in by my doctor !

I’ve had mostly good experiences here, I have now had 8 drawings and each experience has been quick and easy. Everyone on staff is kind and helpful. I only had one experience that was not as great as the others, and it was because the phlebotomist made me feel pretty uncomfortable, but she got the vein quick and I haven’t gotten her since that last draw.

The staff here are just the friendliest people. It can be busy at times but overall the wait is never long, as long as you have your paperwork in or it was submitted.

This location seems to be hidden because the traffic I found was low. I asked an employee, and she said it's slower than the other office in the area.Check-in was easy. I didn't wait long to be taken back for my blood draw. The phlebotomist was professional. I was out in no time.

This is a hidden gem in Cedar Park. If you need lab work--come here!I arrived right before lunch and was still able to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. The phlebotomists run the front desk, so I suspect any complaints about service can probably be attributed to stress on doing two jobs (and only one, the blood draws, that is their skill set). I found my check in interaction to go smoothly.The blood draw was difficult due to my tired veins (I'm a 20 year platelet donor), but the phlebotomist was able to find and get the draw. She was focused and patient.I will be back here.

Very disappointing experience. Left a message to ask a question about my fast and didn't get a call back. When I went in for my blood draw the man that served me was curt, disrespectful and unfriendly. He did not ask if I had been fasting or check for how long. I asked one question and he pointed to the sign by his desk. His gruffness caused me to not want to ask any additional questions.He then drew my blood and it was a good stick (why he got two stars) but the experience was already tainted by his behavior. He has worked for the company for nine years and if he is typical of their employees it is no wonder their ratings are so low. I'll be going back to Any Lab Test Now in the future.
