The customer service at the front desk left everything to be desired. I could not get them to me whether or not my orders from my doctor had come in. So I waited for over an hour then they let me know, yes they did have them, I let them know upfront I had two pages of orders. and they said they had everything . I got my blood draw but they forgot to do the second page of orders, so I would have to go back in to get a blood draw again. The only redeeming quality was the phlebotomist was extremely talented, I hardly felt the needle go in at all!

The staff at this location are always friendly and working relentlessly. Unfortunately, the office is very busy and understaffed for most of my visits. Today was the worst I’ve seen. I arrived 10 minutes before my 9am appointment, which I booked over a week ago. At 9:25 I informed the desk that I was leaving when I had not even been checked in. They apologized for the delay and let me know they could not reschedule at the office and to use the online system. Kudos to the staff for their hard work. Management needs to figure out how to run this office efficiently. Perhaps, hiring a part-time morning phlebotomist to cover the large number of fasting lab tests.

Checked in at 11:15, 12.05 and still waiting. Find another place for your testing.

This is a horrible location! It’s difficult to find. And, it’s UPSTAIRS. It was PACKED with people waiting for lab tests. I’ll never return to that location.

Most often inexplicably slow but last two times moving at a pretty good clip.

Over the past three visits, the quality of care has been disappointing, particularly with the blood draw process.
On two separate occasions, my wife had to endure being poked three times on both arms to successfully draw blood. As professionally trained nurses, we expect a higher level of proficiency. While we understand that occasional difficulties may arise, it is concerning and unacceptable that this has occurred twice in a row.
During her most recent visit, my wife even mentioned her previous experience and requested that the blood draw be performed more carefully. Despite this, the nurses seemed inadequately trained, and the same issue repeated itself.
We trust healthcare professionals to provide competent and efficient care. These repeated incidents not only cause unnecessary physical discomfort but also lead to increased anxiety and a lack of confidence in the care provided.
I urge you to address this issue promptly. Please ensure that your staff receives the necessary training to perform blood draws with the expected level of skill and care. We hope that future visits will reflect the professional standards as anyone expected from your facility.

Got poked 3 times to get my blood drawn. Never happened to me until I came to this location. If you have a better place/ better staff to go to, please avoid coming here.

Conveniently nestled in Cedar Park, in the same building as Wiseman Family Practice-Cedar Park.
Quick and easy usually, I’m always in and out.

CPL is the cheapest company in the world. While they’re saving pennies they’re losing their reputation. Everytime I go in they argue with me about using a butterfly. I tend to bruise easily and I would prefer not to look like a druggy in the professional environment I work in. Relentlessly they argue and come up with scenarios and insult my intelligence everytime . One time they told me that the blood sample spoils if they use the butterfly…most of the time they’re out of butterflies, but when I insist they tend to find one surprisingly…today they said they only give butterflies ? to children…my lab order had my Dr’s note asking for a butterfly…they questioned the legitimacy of the signature and insulted my integrity…I can go on and on…I wish there were better labs, but they seem to monopolize the market. I dread going there every single time. Simple things should not be this hard, especially considering the fact that people who go to these facilities are already dealing with most likely serious illnesses at times.

Front desk people were very nice and efficient and the lab tech person, Andy, was excellent!
