Cashier attitude- I wanted to try on some pants in the fitting room at about 8pm (the store closes at 9) , & the only worker there named KIERRA says I can't try on clothes bcuz the "fitting rooms are closed" so I said "but y'all don't close until another hour at 9 and she said "well I closed the fitting rooms" . Aggressively implying you aren't allowed to try on clothes. So I had to purchase the clothes and goto the food court rest room to try them on. I went back to return 2 of the items that did not fit me and she asked me "return or exchange" I said "return obviously" She then said " I DONT have to return your items if I don't want to I will make you return them at Barton Creek Mall (far) , I then said "yes you do" . She returned the items as she should , said I had an "attitude" because she decided she wanted to close the fitting rooms 1 hour before the store closes. Not my fault you are miserable. No one greeted or asked if we needed help. Very focused on other things with AirPods in. Store was clean but 4 workers and not one word to any of us shopping! Really disappointing!!!!

Today my girlfriend and I wentand the lady was very rude and judgmental and she accused my girlfriend of shoplifting and got the cops too when she didn’t even steal anything i watched her put them back and she made her pay for a shirt she didn’t even get to keep it

lady is rude. my girlfriend and i came in today and she was very homophobic, to say the least. the store was also dirty and unorganized. The lady working also called me a c*nt under her breath. They also have cameras in dressing rooms!

❤️ their staff!!We went there tonight and all 3 of the staffs in store was super delightful and nice! The guy checking on us and make sure we’ve been assisted :> The other 2 girls were really nice too and tell us about their website and how we could get their coupon (or something like a coupon) via email and save! We Absolutely appreciate it!

they have super cute clothes here but this one worker was so rude and idk what for. all i asked was if they had a certain size in jeans and she had a horrible attitude

Not to be confused with Condom On, which is definitely advisable, if not as enjoyable. So of course we endured (enjoyed, in Barbie's case) a massive walking tour of the Cedar Park Lakeline Mall (4 hours of it no less) in the northwest suburbs of Austin, and CO was one of the stores we browsed through - but only quickly. It's not a bad little store, but it's a bit expensive, so we would wait for the sales before coming back here to purchase anything. Service is nice, and it's clean, organized, small, well lit, everything you expect from a Mall store really.

Stopped in while visiting Lakeline Mall and we found this Store Cotton on, the selection was nice, with great kindness we got helped out. Had a good variety of mens pants and polo shirts which is what I tend to do wear and also a good selection of white Tshirts and comfortable clothing.

I've been going here for a long time and everytime I go I'm always treated with great hospitality and the selection here is awesome!
