We liked the sitting area since my friend and I both like to read. Unfortunately, the lamp by the couch was not working and no one seemed to care. We left early on Sunday, and we were the first people in the breakfast area. The food that should have been hot was COLD.

The bed!! The pillows!! THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED I'VE EVER SLEPT IN AT ANY HOTEL I'VE BEEN TO! Extremely clean. Situated right next to Serrano's, a Tex-Mex restaurant that was reasonably priced. The walk-in shower was Heavenly. Bathroom was spacious. Wide assortment of TV channels for adults & children. Clean microwave & refrigerator. I'd definitely stay again!!Rooms: Spacious & cleanSafety: Only key cards allow an individual through side doors.Noteworthy details: The bed!! The pillows!! THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED I'VE EVER SLEPT IN AT ANY HOTEL I'VE BEEN TO!

Booked a 3 night stay with family. The whole hotel had a bad smell. There was cockroaches in our room. We left the very next morning of check in. We tried talking to management and they refused to give us even partial refund. Will never stay here again.

Clean, friendly staff, and nice breakfast. Had to book a last minute room after leaving an unsafe motel. The staff got me in a room immediately. The room was comfortable and clean as can be. Will use this as my hotel for all future trips to Austin!

If I could leave a zero about this property I would. Worst management and worst service. We originally booked a room for 5 days and needed to change our stay due to our plane leaving the day before. Upon speaking to the manager, she advised that I had to reach out to booking .com. I called booking .com and although I had a nonrefundable reservation, they were willing to make an accommodation and wanted to get approval from the property itself. After they reached out to the comforter inn, the management at the property declined the request to not charge us the last day although we did not use thier services. Even though we booked through a third party, it was the property management that refused to approve the early checkout. Just disgusting service to a customer that has stayed at several comfort inns. After speaking to management and getting no assistance and made to feel like a customer does not matter, I will not stay at another comfort inn. Thanks for the terrible customer service. In addition when we checked we were told breakfast would be from 6:00 am to 9:30am and when we went down there at 8:00 , they had nothing and the guy said you had to be there between 7:00 and 7:30 or it would be gone. Again not a good customer experience. If you were only goingto have food available until 7:30 am them you shouldnt tell customers that breakfast is until 9:30 am , right?Thank you for the automated response however this facility had every oppotunity to make things right and did not. Was very rude about and so apology not accepted.

Front desk woman was great, and the radio on their sound system was a nice touch. But that's about it. Room was not clean, dirty carpets and stains on curtains. Leaking toilet and sink. Poor breakfast. It looks good outside and It had all the potential but I's just not worth it.

I am unable to speak to the way the hotel appears; Johnny Hotels, supposed manager, was extremely rude. If I am not spoken to with common courtesy and he tells me that he is going to leave notes about denying my request and not being able to help me, how can I be sure that my children will be safe there?Noteworthy details: Poor customer service. I requested to modify the dates due to child illness and event change but was denied and given a lecture on how the hotel business works.

Stayed at this property last year with my company for the Austin F1 race and had an excellent experience. The rooms are clean and I cannot say enough about how friendly the staff was. Johnny, the sales manager, took good care of my group, and was very polite and communicative with us from our very first interaction, to the day we checked in. The hotel is in a good, safe location with nice restaurants, store, etc nearby.
