I've been a customer for more than two decades, and the service I encountered on April 1, 2024, by Cermaintha, a bank teller, was the most disappointing I've ever had within the banking industry. There was no greeting, and her demeanor was curt, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Even when I reached out to the onsite bank manager, Abha Singh, the level of customer service did not improve. It became evident that providing exceptional customer service is not a priority at this branch. Take your money and run.

Really love coming to this branch. Everyone that works there has been incredibly helpful and always willing to help with any of my banking needs. The employees are friendly, courteous, and overall a great help!

Depositing cash at ATM did not work for me when I used it. Have had no issues with the tellers unlike some others. Still frustrating that you cannot deposit cash.

I'm giving them a 5 star today. I drove around to 4 different branch before I came across this branch. The ladies were very nice willing to help me with my issue of just adding me to a account that was setup a couple days ago. Dalila Calapa the Branch Manager took care of me personally. Wish this branch was near where I live.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! My banker Meredith Vanderbilt provided fantastic customer service and setup my business accounts for me! She was very helpful and answered every question I had about my new accounts. If you are looking for a new banker I highly recommend Meredith, she is a super nice lady that is more than happy to help you out!

Thank goodness this location has tellers and can actually do basic bank stuff like accept deposits, withdrawals, finding $2 bills and gold dollars for tooth fairy presents and other special stuff. Oddly, much nicer customer experience in the drive-thru than inside, where it can feel the tellers look askance at you and demand your ID when simply making a deposit to your own account. In the drive-thru, every teller is lovely and friendly.

You know how people say if they could give no stars, they would? If I could give negative stars, I would. I went into this branch with my 18 year old nephew to help him open his first solo bank account.No other customers were in the branch. Wednesday afternoon. A few bankers at their desks, and a teller behind the counter. Although no one was there, and it was clear the bankers had nothing going on, they refused to help us open an account there. Instead, they pushed opening an account online or setting an appointment. When asked about availability, the teller goes to each of the bankers and asks who can help us, and we can both clearly hear the three of them each say no, and some giggling. I say "if no one wants to help us I guess we will just do it online", to which the teller responded by telling us to come back the next day. NOT.We left and drove 3 miles to the branch on N Bell and wow, what a difference. Had an account opened up for him in 15 minutes, after a five minute wait. No appointment necessary, and this branch was actually busy.If you don't really care about customer service and just want to use their atm, sure, use this branch. If you need any help with anything where they will have to actually work, definitely not the branch for you. Save yourself some time to and frustration, go to the N Bell (by HEB) branch.I rarely leave negative reviews but my nephews left that branch feeling like he was treated as less than, and I was not at all happy about the experience.
