Went in on Saturday to deposit cash. The branch was busy, but all FI’s are busy on Saturdays. I was really impressed with all the tellers as they were very nice and helpful to me and other customers.

Very busy last Saturday. The employees are nice. The young man (greeting people as they came in) was friendly and professional. He was trying his best to expedite service for the customers. Bring your patience.

After a horrific experience at the Whitestone Blvd branch, we drove to this location and spoke with Mohammad Abdelkhaleq (Relationship Banker). In less than 5 minutes he was able to assess, remedy, and explain the issue we were having, and offered to help us through the solution to prevent further problems. Mohammad will be my go-to for all things banking from now on.

I have been a long-time Chase evangelist. I have both personal and multiple business accounts with Chase. My team went into this branch for notary help and like so many others in the reviews had a TERRIBLE experience. We were unfortunate enough to "work" with David Romero who refused to notarize one of the standard docs from a title company. We tried to ask David why he didn't want to do it, and he only kept repeating himself and refusing to allow us to ask a question. He has no care for customers, doesn't want to solve problems, and was more interested in repeating "I'm the branch manager".We were trying to find out why he didn't want to notarize one of the documents but he refused to even allow us to ask a question. He made his mind up and didn't want to talk about it.I have been a Private Client for 5+ years and deal with branches all over Texas, and this has to be the least professional branch that is more interested in chest pounding then helping customers.I would love to talk with someone above David about the situation and ways he could have worked to solve a problem instead of continuing to interrupt and repeat himself.Chase can and usually does do better, just a horrible experience.

Staff here is always great. They know me by name and always give the pups a bone at the drive through.

Honestly one of the worse banks I've dealt with they've lost my money before, they are snoody and rude at the branch and the entire banking system (in branches and online banking)is very far from user friendly. Definitely DO NOT recommend

ATM is broken - wouldn’t open to accept cash/check deposit. At least it didn’t take it and steal it

I went into the branch for getting something notarized. When i went in one of the bankers was laughing and having fun chatting with someone, definitely not official talk. Completely ignored the customers coming in. Checked in and waited about 45 minutes but no body showed up. Went up to one of the bankers who was acting like he was working on something but said he was waiting for a customer. Bank manager was extremely rude and had no sense of urgency when almost 15 people was in the branch waiting. I understand sometime there could be more rush in the branch but greeting the customers and showing some positive attitude definitely makes the difference. If you dont treat your customers nicely, someone else will!!

Issues with the ATM, I attemped to make a CC payment and after i inserted the cash the machine restarted and I was left with no proof if the payment went through and the machine had my $$. Branch personnel was no help. I realize it's not "their" issue, but I explained the situation and they gave me a #. One of the ladies working there actually laughed at my situation and said how she would never make a cash payment at an atm.I called the number i was given and was advised by the person at the # they just gave me that it was a branch problem. So i wander back into the bank, and the second lady that I spoke to in the branch was unsympathetic and borderline rude, this is the same lady that laughed at my issue. I was left crying and finally got a hold of someone who may or may not be able to help. Zero customer service skills at this branch. I understand the ATM is not their problem but I am a chase customer and should be treated as such.

Used to bank with Chase years ago. Had problems with them holding onto transactions for a couple days until they got in bigger items then re-orchestrated their deposit dates in order to draft me with a horrendous number of overdraft fees. Couldn't find anybody willing to do anything about it so I close my account. Went back a decade later. Can't say things have improved. All customer service is outsourced. You're lucky, if you understand the person you're talking to on the phone. Service inside the branch is on a whim. If they have a policy in place, and they don't like the way you look or they are having a bad day then they can choose not to help you based on you, not being able to verify who you are Even if you presented them with a state ID. For example, if you lose your phone and you go in there asking to make a change to your account just your ID is not acceptable. They will asked to text you a message for verification and if you do not have your phone with you and or you have lost it you're out of luck. The person behind the counter is train to tell you know if they don't feel like you are trustworthy Bank fees or 1299 a month. This is if you don't have direct deposit. If you work for yourself, or you work for a company that does not offer direct deposit, then you will have to pay that monthly fee. You really are paying for the privilege of having the ability to get money from your employer by using this bank.

Went inside to get something notarized, signed in waited patiently for my turn, once it came to that point a white banker was walking to the sign in sheet and a white lady mentioned I didn’t know I needed to sign in and I have been waiting. Seeing us waiting as well he didn’t ask us he instead helped this white lady. I got up and let him know that we were next and we’re waiting for around an hour and just said we will be right with you.My wife then got up and stopped another white person asking him if this was right and he explained she might of had an appointment but she didn’t. He was also rude.Never going to that branch again, White power at its fullest, and will be moving my money somewhere else.
