I went to get my car serviced and had a great experience and the reason why, have a lot to do with Joseph Saucedo. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable and funny. He kept me updated while I was there. I can tell that he loves cars and his job. Even though he is new to being a service advisor, I would HIGHLY recommend him. He would work with you and your budget.

My experience was most pleasant. Dylan Green, the service advisor, was very courteous and helpful. He was patient and taught me how to use the coffee machine as I waited. I originally was told it would be a two hour wait. I was so happy to be done in an hour and fifteen minutes.

Cedar Park Nissan exceeded expectations on my first service visit. The service dept is well-coordinated and thorough. A shuttle was offered to me while the work was being done, but I refused. The waiting area in the front is more comfortable than the back, and there is an electronics table available for phone charging.Several services were recommended with cost listed. We chose the ones we wanted to do right now. All work has been successful with no complaints. We will continue to use Cedar Park for all of our Nissan needs.

My initial visit to the Nissan Dealership in Cedar Park marked an exceptional introduction to their services. I can assure you this is not simply just a Nissan Dealership. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sales Representative Julian Rodriguez, who left me with a truly positive impression. His thoughtfulness and dedication rendered the entire transaction remarkably straightforward. Before making my final decision to acquire a used vehicle, I had the opportunity to test drive several models. Julian exhibited an impressive grasp of the cars I was considering, and precisely explaining the advantages and value of Nissan's certified program on non-Nissan vehicles. His depth of knowledge and unwavering commitment to customer service were truly unmatched.I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Nissan Cedar Park and the chance to engage with Julian before making any automotive purchase. The quality of their service and the value they provide are truly remarkable. Having explored multiple dealerships in the Austin area, I can confidently affirm that this experience ranks among the very best I've encountered.

I will not be coming back here. The service advisor mansplained at me. The waiting room chairs are torn up. And service techs don't complete their work. My vehicle was returned to me with the air box open and the hood not fully closed. I'll drive 25 minutes into Austin where I can receive respect!

I will not be returning here for auto service. I may be a woman, but that doesn't mean I'm automotively stupid. Just because I showed up solo didn't mean mansplaining was necessary. When I started to take my vehicle home, we discovered the hood was not shut and the air box was open. Seriously? The waiting room is sad. There are chairs worn and torn such that no customer wants to sit upon them. Come on, Cedar Park! Also, there are only two small tables by chairs for convenience. Both tables are on the ends of the two rows. If you don't sit there, you have the choice of placing your hot drink on the floor or the table 3 feet away from the chairs. Again, come on, Cedar Park! The TV in the waiting area is the "Atmosphere" channel w/Geeks who Drink-type trivia, general world news, national weather, and national news (informed at the bottom under video). This is a silent system. This is better than a random TV channel. Like other dealers, wifi is for Premium Nissan Customers. I'm not sure what makes you Premium. How about giving a Loyalty title and offering wifi? Truly, how many people sit and wait for vehicles who will cause it to overload? This is my standard Nissan dealership complaint. But since the situation is here, I'm restating it. Stepping off soapbox.

Josh A. gave us the white glove service! he went above and beyond to make sure all our car needs were met. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we inquired about. Josh kept the process of buying a car very smooth even though we had a vehicle to return to another dealer. His professionalism and kindness has earned our business in the future.

This is what my vehicle was doing when I brought it in to Nissan. They assured me it was the battery and charged me over $340. For 2 weeks the check engine light went out and the problem came right back. I feel like if they would’ve done a full diagnostic like I thought they would do this problem would be fixed or at least I’ll know what the problem is and be out of $178 (diagnostic fee). Instead I’ll be spending another off day sitting in they dealership for them to replace this battery that they sold me and assured that would fix my problem or performing a FREE diagnostic test.I sent a email to resolve this matter and all I got was 1 associate emailing me to sell my car and another 1 calling me to sell my car. I can guarantee if I did sell it, Nissan would never get another dime of my money or business. I bought this car brand new april of 2020…barely 3yrs old. How am I having MAJOR problems already !!!

If you are a woman, DO NOT come to this dealership to have your car serviced. I paid for brakes, rotors, a transmission flush, a brake fluid exchange, and an oil change. When I went back in September for an oil change, I was given a large laundry list of items that needed to be done to my car, totaling $3300!! They even were using fear and intimidation to convince me to get the work done, which some of it needed to be done. I didn't trust it so I got a second opinion with another mechanic. Well, I found out the brake fluid exchange I paid for was NEVER done and they deliberately damaged my air filter when I said I didn't want to replace it for $95 when it's $13 at the auto parts store. I would definitely think twice about bringing your car to their dealership.

Over 2 hrs for oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter. Estimate at check in for the appointment was an hour. "there's no one ahead of you" said service advisor Mason.2 hrs is a ridiculously long time for that level of service. Will not be going back.I could have done this myself in the driveway in 2 hrs.I don't blame Mason for this but he's the guy out front.

Cedar Park Nissan dented my Nissan Rogue and did not tell me about it. They devalued my car and they devalued me as a person. It's been a week since the manager said he was going to look into it. He has not called me or emailed. Make sure you check your car before you ha work done here and take pictures of your car before you drop it off for work to be done. And again look over your car before driving off. Its sad that they are not trust worthy.

Everyone I spoke with here was fantastic. Gabby, being new, was amazing to work with. She worked hard to help me with what I needed. Julian helped her with what I wanted and Yohannes got me a financing plan that I could pay despite multiple banks turning me down. I really appreciate all the hard work they provided.

Josh A needs some dude wipes because his sales techniques and professionalism stink. Do not try to buy from this Nissan unless you want to be treated like this. I had financing pre-approved and knew the exact model I wanted. Only this location had the one I wanted in stock. But, I refuse to be treated like this. Please provide training for him, Or Josh - just google... how to be respectful to a customer or how to be professional. There should be many Ted Talk videos on YouTube to help you in this area of your sales approach! Please below screenshots of our conversationI ended up figuring out who it was because there's only a few Nissan dealers in this part of town and all of them didn't have somebody named Josh but one that's how I knew who to tag

I had an 11am appointment for a test drive. I made the appointment the morning of the test drive. When I arrived, the lady who scheduled test drive said she was busy and handed me to another gentleman who had no idea why I was there. He eventually figured out which car I was scheduled to drive only to inform me that somebody had placed a deposit on it and that I couldn't test drive it. He apologized and said the lady was new and didn't know what she was doing. What waste of time as I only drove to the suburb to test drive one specific vehicle. They didn't have any other ones like it so drove to Round Rock Nissan to purchase better/similar vehicle for a better price. Much better customer service at RR Nissan as well.
