We've been going to Cedar Park Animal Clinic for 24 years now and we can honestly say it's the best veterinarian office in all of the Cedar Park/Austin surrounding areas, at the very least! And Dr. Thompson is the absolute best Veterinarian. He's extremely knowledgeable and kind. We feel so honored to have such an outstanding doctor to take care of our pets because they are family. He always knows what the problem is (or will figure it out!) and the best way of treating it, if treatment is possible. On top of all this, he is the most trustworthy Veterinarian we've ever met. He's not out just to take your money - anything he recommends is what is best for your pet. You can rely on that. He treats them like family.
And the staff is amazing as well. They have been so patient and kind with us on numerous occasions. And many times when we didn't deserve it. We can't thank them enough for how helpful and considerate they've been to us. They could teach a lot of offices how to treat people.
CPAC is the VERY BEST! I'll never take my pets anywhere else. Thank you so much!

Have been using Cedar Park Animal Clinic (CPAC) since 1987. The Vets and staff are awesome. Dr. Thompson and Dr. Douglas have pulled my pets through some very “testie” illnesses, to include Parvovirus. I totally trust their diagnosis of problems with my pets. You will not make a mistake using CPAC as your clinic.

I’m so disappointed! This clinic was one of my favorites for so long! Now that Drs Thompson and Douglas have sold it to some corporate entity, it’s all about how much money they can charge you and the communication between them and pet owner has diminished when it comes to treatment!!! I LOVE Dr. Thompson, and Dr Vallee is great as well. Also love Lynn and Sarah, but it’s just gotten cost prohibitive. It also does not seem to be the same warm, upbeat and friendly place that used to be. CPAC also owned Affordable Pet Care which was a great option for pet parents to keep their furries up to date on shots and heart worm meds in a more affordable manner , encouraging pet owners to keep on top of their pets’ wellness. No more!! Not affordable at all. If you’re looking to manage costs at all, I would not go to CPAC. For me, it’s become cost prohibitive and very frustrating. I was very clear that I was coming in for a lepto booster and they gave him additional shots! Of course, they had no record of my two different times of specifically stating why I was returning with my pup. I recommend finding a private vet office that explains costs and treatment before they take action on any treatment. . and really listens to your requests. I would avoid going to these cost prohibitive places that have sold out to big corporate entities! It now seems to be all about making as much money as possible. Tears!!

I have been using the Cedar Park Animal clinic several years and have been treated extremely nice, courteous and anxious to help with whatever the problem is with my pets and am so lucky receiving great service at this location.
The medical field there is great Nd staff great in helping with anything needed to process the issue brought to them.

I love this place. They're very careful with my little guy. They always make us feel welcome. They performed a perfect surgery last year and then just a few days ago, they helped my little buddy stop itching so he would stop hurting himself. Claire, the resident kitty is also very welcoming as she lounges in the lobby area. I trust them with my pets.

Was a great well check for my dog who is 11 now. The vet was great did hear a murmur and gave me information what to look for and what to do in early detection.

I have been using this clinic since the 90's. They have done nothing but give quality care to all of the animals I have taken to them over the years. Dr. Thompson and Dr. Valle are exceptional vets. From my special needs cat Picasso to my blind dog Zena. So please take it from someone who uses them all of the time and not these one time visits who give them one star. Their staff hasn't been rude to me. Especially the ones who have been there a long time. They are all caring and helpful. Sometimes you get what you give too. I am never rude when trying to get help for my fur babies. Right now they are helping me with a tough allergy issue with my Zena. She is trying to eat her tail off. Remember animals can't talk so sometimes getting their conditions identified and possibly cured isn't an easy task. Sadly sometime they die. I have had that happen but I don't fault the vet. Animals are terrible patients. All you can hope for out of a vet is a caring attitude with a knowledgeable staff. That is this clinic.

My cat was not feeding well. They took us right back to room. Stay with your pet. Vet Tech was very professional and friendly. Dr. Thompson came in very nice probably man. In and out in about 30 minutes. Cost was very reasonable.
