As always, Caliber Collision delivers excellent work and detailed, friendly communication regarding all aspects of the repair. UPDATE: I took my car to Caliber again, after my car was hit in a restaurant parking lot so I am updating this review to praise Caliber with another 5 star performance and communication by Nick. I am also writing to address the recent negative review, which appears to be completely incongruent with the numerous commendable testimonials and my personal encounters with Nick and the Caliber team. Nick consistently communicates progress through both text and calls, the receptionist demonstrates extensive tenure, attesting to her seasoned presence. Furthermore, the caliber of their work is consistently superior. Nick exhibits politeness and meticulousness in explaining repairs, providing comprehensive details on costs, anticipated completion times, and any potential delays. For these reasons my insurance company and I wholeheartedly recommend the Caliber team and Nick for excellent skills, timely communication and quality repairs.Services: Painting

I want to thank the team at Caliber Collision Cedar Park for taking such great care of my car. The communication from Cody and Nick was top notch and they helped to make a difficult process go very smooth. I can not thank these two guys enough. If the customer service and attention that these two gentlemen showed wasn’t enough, they even delivered my car to me when it was ready. Give them a call if you are in need of auto body work, you won’t be disappointed.

Myself and my insurance called many locations near my home to see which location could take my vehicle immediately. I ended up taking my car into the Bell location in Cedar Park, Texas as this location said they could get to asap. The storage facility dropped my vehicle off to Caliber on 1/4/2024, then the following Tuesday 1/9/2024, I signed documents to approve their work and get them started on my vehicle. I was quoted 10-14 days for my repair.Towards the end of the January I called to get an update, as it was passed 14 days. I called in and the person handling my vehicle, Nick, gave me several excuses, and promised to call me that afternoon or the next day with an update. He didn't.The following week I called again to get an update and Nick said he would call me back in five minutes. He didn't.I called again a few days later and called him out on his lack of communication. We were well into February and he literally has ZERO knowledge of my vehicle. It was truly astonishing. Nor did he show any effort in trying and help figure out a ballpark date of completion. His ability to not give a hoot is disturbing for a service position. I mean, why do you even work in a job that you clearly aren't happy in?When I spoke with my insurance adjuster, He told me when he spoke to Nick, that he said I didn't approve the scope until Jan 26. This is FALSE. I signed Jan 9 and I have proof. So I reported this location to the board of insurance and they are not being truthful and causing additional damages. This lie was told because they hadn't started my vehicle and made this up to get by. It caused my insurance company to have to suck up the bill for my rental car to be extended, again and again. This is horrible business ethics. Then we also received several excuses of my vehicles needing parts and so they were waiting on parts and then they needed to contact the parts person....blah blah blah. And to top it off, I called and asked to speak with a manager on Feb 20 and the new girl gets on the phone. She too takes ZERO responsibility for my vehicle taking way too long. Ha! I guess they all are taught from the top. She is not different. She said she would call me that afternoon and she never did. Even though she said she was on it. The only thing she's on is the excuse-train with Nick - CHOO CHOO!!!My car is also out of tolerance. Ford's tolerance is 1/8 and my car has a gap of 1/4. Nick said no it's not, we aren't fixing that. I mean, just zero attempt at being helpful in any way. My husband just finally had to just shake his hand and walk away or he was going to lose his head. It was incredibly hard to deal with such ignorance and a person with such disdain for his job.So in the entirety of the nearly 2 months (49 days) my vehicle was in their facility, I received ZERO update phone calls from them. The ONE and ONLY call I received from them was the call at nearly 5pm that my vehicle was ready.Do not use this location. It's a complete cluster. They deserve negative stars.I highly recommend Crash Champions, as they are amazing at updates. My fleet vehicles will never see a Caliber Collision again.

Worst experience with a body shop in my 55 years of life! Had my car for about a month and it still was not fully repaired when completed! USAA recommended them but am turning this body shop into them for horrible service and repair. When I got it out finally, had error messages in my car that were not there when I turned it in. They could not figure out the problem. Would never use them again and warn everyone to stay away from this Cedar Park location! Plus, they still got full payment for their shoddy work.

I don't really know what the procedure is for taking a car apart after an accident, but these guys seem to have done everything right and AAA just are unresponsive. They sent out a quote to my insurance the day after I dropped my car off, but AAA didn't tell me until I called them.Very high repair costs but I don't know enough to say if it's accurate. I wish I got a second opinion before taking it here because I couldn't get the car after it was declared a total loss. They were polite and respectful the entire way through though, even helping me carry my stuff out when I was cleaning out my car. They aren't allowed to do anything like help disassemble a dashcam though, so unfortunately I was forced to leave that behind.

I had a truly exceptional experience at this Caliber Collision, making it one of the best ones I've visited in a long time. Lynn, one of their skilled professionals and manager, provided me with outstanding assistance regarding the bodywork my car needs, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. The level of expertise and attention to detail displayed by Lynn and the entire team at this location truly stood out, making my visit a memorable and positive one. I'm genuinely impressed with the fantastic job they did, and I highly recommend this Caliber Collision center to others seeking high-quality service and exceptional craftsmanship for their vehicle repairs!Services: Painting

Absolutely, do not use the Caliber Collision facility in Waco TX.Cedar Park TX. Location dropped the ball and tried to do a good job, it only took them 6 months to get it done.Pay attention to the details when picking up your vehicle after it has been repaired.Great that you have a warranty, but don’t hide behind it. Instead, stand in front of it!Caliber Collision in Waco TX needs a management restructure. They are more concerned with quantity NOT quality.Services: Painting
