DANGER! My brakes failed a few blocks after having Break Check change my front pads and rotors. I had to use the emergency brake and swerve into the adjacent lane to avoid a serious accident. After all of this, I have had to repeatedly call the location to get in touch with a senior manager who will take the issue seriously. The way the junior managers have handled this so far is despicable. Something like this should be a top priority to get sorted out. The lack of empathy in the way they have talked to me ensures I will take every avenue to make sure potential customers and authorities are aware of this.

I just went in for an alignment and found out I need two front tires ASAP. They got me out with a great price and a three year warranty. Nice staff. Book a reservation on the website as they seem to be pretty busy. A++

Wow, great experience here! Getting anything looked at or repaired on a car is usually an extremely stressful experience for me. Not here though! Adrian was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all my different options and helped me figure out what could be done on a budget. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all, which I really appreciate. Justin was also very friendly and polite. I’ll definitely be recommending to friends and family!
