I am going to share my experience with their the Sales Person (Misty) at this location. They only deal with Builders and we are in process of building a custom home. The salesperson is non responsive and we have tried to reach out to her for over 4 weeks via Phone, email and text. They have no regard for homeowners. They don't care about customer service as they are volume business. Had I known about their poor customer service, I would have never allowed my builder to transact with them and gone with other competitor in the Austin area.

If I could give negative stars I would. The local Cedar Park Lumber yard and window shop are obviously geared to only handling volume builders. We have been trying for a Year and a half to simply repair window screens for an Anderson sliding door. The window manager does not respond to calls from my office or my client. Their customer service is a joke. As long as you only need lumber dropped to your site and never have returns or ever have any install issues you will be okay, God help you if you need anymore than that because BFS will not be around to help.

Horrible service - door was delayed by 3 months. Could never get a hold of anyone there. once the door was delivered, it was the wrong door. they promised a $150 credit and i still don't see it. never use bmc again

Great place. Had to do a room addition and found out all the floor trusses came from here. Made contact with someone who helped me get the right measurements for my order. Also, they have the correct trim and all accessories that my house was made with. Will definitely return here.

Absolute worst answering system next to nobody answering the phone . Can’t get a hold of anybody and you’d be better just to let it ring turn that mess off. Can’t imagine owning a business and putting my fate in the hands of that horrible phone system.

We "ordered" and paid for French doors. We were told they would be ready in 2 weeks. 2weeks came and went. So did 4 weeks. We go back to ask where the doors are and are told that they are now double the price. So they were never ordered in the first place and we waited for nothing. This is not the first time this has happened, just first time they doubled the price of the doors we already paid for. The extended wait is normal, even without covid delays. I do not recommend going here.

Customer service needs to learn how to communicate. Paid BMC directly for windows last week. Contacted rep three times asking for receipt and why has payment hasn't been processed. Finally found out today they needed signature from GC. Really?? So now my windows are delayed another week. Will never use BMC again.

I recommend acknowledging the costumers that are ready to be loaded. been sitting hear for 45 mins and had to walk back in to have them get someone to pull my order. not one person out of the 10 employees I saw walk back and fourth acknowledged me. when I asked if they need my pick ticket the guy said we have it. after an hour I finally got my materials. clearly the loaders need some direction and work ethics. all in all 13 boards took 2 hours.
