Tall guy who drives the blue truck is probably the worst customer service rep ive come across. horrible at appraisals and horrible at communicating. appear disinterested and unattached.

This place is incredibly bad business the old man inside doesn't wanna buy pawn load or sell anything. I swear this has yo be a front for illegal activity they don't do anything a pawnshop should do. Like at all. Period.

Overpriced. Most items I looked at were well over fair market price. For example they had a Taylor GS Mini for $549. Those have never sold over $500 and almost always sell under $400. Picture attached. You'd pay $150 more than average market and $50 over highest price ever. Another a Takamine EF400SC sells at $655, $720 shipped to your door. They have one with a cracked neck very damaged for $770. There were others as well. Be very cautious because you could pay highest price ever recorded for an item and it could be damaged as well. The people were nice but that doesn't make up for overpricing. If they were on the high side of the market that would be reasonable although I don't think people go to pawn shops for high prices, but this store was even beyond high prices into overpriced.

Honestly hate how they pay or even pawn went in with my xbox series s to pawn and only got 70 bucks for a game system worth 300 not the best and definitely will be the only time I ever pawn here again seems like if your not the same skin color then you don't get fair prices here worst decisions I made

The shop would not give any money for a $500 electric scooter because “we only give good money for guns” ... last I checked a pawnshop pays based off the value of something... then I was insulted by the clerk behind the counter for even asking...I wouldn’t recommend this place

Absolutely incredible experience. These guys know their stuff and are so much fairer than any other pawn shop you'll ever go it. Went in there with a few items and they gave me competitive offers in everything, nearly 40% more than any of the other three pawn shops I had visited on the way up. They then were extremely accommodating to my lack of gun knowledge and helped clarify all my questions without once trying to push one down my throat and sell it to me. This is how business should be. I will definitely be coming to this shop at least once a month to check out their new inventory, or whenever I need something. Not only the biggest pawn shop I've seen but also great prices on nearly every niche. The main boss, Johnathan, was a stand up dude that really walked me through everything and explained why the price he gave me was his top dollar. His employee John then took over and spend at least an hour talking to me and helping me with any questions I had. Not only did I take care of business, but I was treated like a human being all throughout. If you haven't, you gotta go check them out!

I've been coming here since I was a kid. We lived in Austin and went regularly and then when we moved to Burnet, we still drove the distance to come here. I love this pawn shop! The guys are always so welcoming and helpful! I am so glad that this place is still here.

my absolute favorite pawnshop in the whole of the Austin area...the guys there are fabulous...friendly and honest...they'll give you the most $$$ for your item...and they sell with a great satisfaction...I trust every purchase I make there and I make a lot!!!
