The person in the cell phone sales area was very helpful. Her name is Elizabeth Garcia. She went above and behind in making sure we understood the process of signing into a game app and made sure the new phone was operating correctly. We are seniors and not technically savvy. She is very patient and helpful. I will be going back to her whenever I need technology assistance.

What happened to competitors? Best Buy is one of the only widely available tech stores remaining. No more Frye's, Circuit City, Radio Shack leaving Best Buy and a handful of regional tech stores to take your tech dollars. That said, they sell top tier equipment and back it up with a return RMA process, sell mostly only new parts, generally descent customer service and ease of location.

Like the selection, specials are good, but regular in store prices can be a tad better. What probably makes up for that, is the sales-staff , always eager to help, not pressuring you to buy one brand or type over another! Plus they are patient to boot! Thumbs up!!

I was at Best Buy today to make a return. The young man that helped me was named Aaron. He was amazing!! This Best Buy is lucky to have such a kind and thorough employee at this time in history when good people are hard to find. Thank you for the excellent customer service Aaron! Someone give this guy a raise.

I went there Wednesday night with my girlfriend because I needed a new laptop after mine died. Micah was very helpful and made it an easy and painless experience. I'm very happy with my new Samsung laptop. I've never had one start up and respond to commands so quickly!

For the Best Buy store in Cedar Park, TX . With a sudden kaput of my 2 yr-old TV. (you can't raise the hood to fix it) I needed a quick replacement. I got online and found something in the size range I was looking for. The had it ready for pickup in less than 1 hr. When I went to pick it up, it took them less than 10 min to bring it out. That's what I call smooth.

Placed an order online and was dreading going in and picking up my purchase but to my surprise, the process of picking up my order was about as streamline as one could hope. The store was relatively busy but as soon as I went and stood in the line for online orders, a gentleman came to me, got my info and within just a couple minutes of walking in the store, I was walking back out with my items. 5 stars Best Buy...

So happy ? the employees are awesome and helpful we asked soo many questions but, I loved they were knowledgeable on the product. Bought the kitchen aid dishwasher went to lunch while they bubble wrapped then came back bought the stove ? they wrapped loaded and we were off

Treated very rudely by the Geek Squad. Ignored warnings from some of my friends and went to use their services. I reported my experience to management and began receiving phony strange emails from The Geeks. My credit card has repeatedly been charged fraudulently by Best Buy. Thankfully my bank caught and declined the charges. Beware of the Geek Brats!!!

Rep in TV section was very helpful in pointing out the brand and technology of TV I was looking for and I purchased it on the spot. Will get it delivered next week, but could have gotten it in just a day or two. Well pleased with my shopping experience.

Day in line overnight for Founders Edition drop. Management was very helpful with letting is know estimated inventory the night before. They were on time handing out vouchers around 7:30 and the line to purchase started moving at 8. Management even advised where the cards would run out in the line so people didn't wait around for no reason. Probably 150 or more that didn't get cards that didn't have to wait extra time in line to find out. Well done Best Buy, bravo.
