Went to buy a mini fridge. After comparing several, selecting one and waiting for a long time for it to be brought out, we were ready to be rung up. After waiting further as they tried to get us checked out, we were informed that It was no longer in their system and they wouldn’t sell it to us, despite it being right in front of us ready to go. I have to get new appliances this year and this left a bad enough taste in my mouth that I won’t consider Best Buy.

I walked in - the guy at the front was nice. I went into the store, located my item but then decided to just do some window shopping. The entire time, there was some guy keeping an eye on me I guess he was under the impression that I was going to steal something. Honestly maybe don't make it so obvious, it's creepy and uncomfortable.

Brought my laptop in for a simple reset...Jessi told me don't worry about the five day turn around, we should have it out of here by later today or tomorrow. I just called them and they haven't even opened my computer yet. Super frustrating.

Our visits to Best Buy have consistently been positive experiences. The friendly and helpful store representatives, especially Eric, stood out. Eric dedicated extensive time to explain TVs and sound systems thoroughly, offering fantastic recommendations. His passion for his job was evident, and I highly recommend seeking his assistance if you're in the market for a new TV or sound system.

To be fair...the Monday after Black Friday, so many empty shelves, no one knowledgeable to wait on us, and only one register open when there was a long line and one difficult transaction. After 10/15 minutes other registers were opened. Y'all were, it was said, short handed....but that affects the experience. Ended up using the Internet to answer my tech purchase questions (and you price matched Amazon) or you would have lost the sale

I always liked Best Buy. I buy mine and my wife's Samsung phones from here, even when we upgrade. But why is it your geek squad doesn't work on them? There is no notification when make online appointment that you dont work on Samsung phones. You tell me I have to take it to Round Rock. You can't make an appointment at that store because the website says there are no openings. You talk to the call care person and they can't get you a line to either store. Been trying to get my Z flip 3 screen protector replaced. I guess I will start buying straight from Samsung.

This isn’t a warning of any kind on the people that work here. More often than not they have some solid employees. This is a critique of their rewards program, which is absolute nonsense. I purchased an iMac for my wife using their credit card program. I received a 60$ certificate. They force you to use this reward in three months and then it expires. You earn half a point for every dollar spent when using the credit card. Would really appreciate it if they weren’t so cheap with their rewards system. Please revamp the points system, because it’s definitely encouraging me to abstain from ever doing business here again.

Just built a new house and in need of appliances AND big tvs. I stopped by and just as i was walking in, i remembered a controversy concerning discriminatory hiring practices.No one at the at the store could tell me if their policies had changed to a more equitable model. I tried to call but theyve made it impossible to call directly or be transfered to a store location. The ONLY option is talking to a call center employee. Also no way of contacting corporate.IN THE END I GAVE UP AND MADE A LARGE PURCHASE ELSEWHERE. I WILL NOT SPEND MONEY AT A BUSINESS THAT DISCRIMINATES AGAINST MY PEOPLE (or that goes to great lenghts to avoid communication with customers)

Best buy is in all around great place to go buy electronics and all of the etc. They have very large stores with lots of products inside and an ability to comparison shop a lot of different things. The staff that works there is generally pretty friendly and knowledgeable and it is easy to get in and out quickly if you need to. I have liked Best buy for a long time and have used them for most of my measure electronics purchases. Give them a try, they're definitely worth it and they've been around for a long time. They have a huge stock and are a great place to go to see every model of something you're going to buy.

Went in to purchase phone. After watching the rep fumble the setup got a call next day saying T-Mobile and Best Buy were viewing 2 different numbers. Spent at least 2 more hours before walking away with no phone blaming the plan but sounds like a Best Buy or T-Mobile issue

I bought the total tech package so I would be covered from any defects in a refrigerator that I purchased. The refrigerator has a Wi-Fi function on it. It never really worked and I called 4 or 5 times to get someone to my house to fix it. Each time I was promised someone would be there soon and no one ever showed up. I finally just gave up. I don’t know that I’d go back and shop there again. The way they’re set up you have to call the main national office and then that information is trickled down to other people in the neighborhood stores, so there is a huge lack of communication between the two. Bad management structure.

The employees here are rude and incompetent. My husband and I went to look for a tv and the bushy eyebrow girl in electronics seemed helpful at first. We showed her online from our phone the specific tv we wanted . She goes and checks and comes back and says she has it put aside for us. We grabbed a few other items and then wait 30 mins with a two year old to pay. The price online was $1399 ($300 off) and she rings it up and it says $1999. When we show her again online she says "oh well that's the older model, this one is newer" ...okay but we didn't ask for the newer one and why she seems to think spending $600 more is no big deal. I ask for a manager and he practically tells me the same thing. The one we want isn't available at that store so they just figured oh well y'all can pay more for our mistake. I said look I don't want the same price but at least offer the same $300 off if we're going to spend more. They wouldn't that and they acted like what I'm asking is unreasonable. The fact they acted like oh no big deal we grabbed the wrong tv then made y'all wait to lay for it and try and get you for and extra $600 is complete trash. Wouldn't spend a dime at this store to be treated that way. Went to the Best Buy at Mueller and bought the tv we wanted. No issues, friendly staff and fast service. I will drive 20 mins out of the way to go to the Mueller location from now on.

Waited 40 mim for a curbside pick-up under triple digit temperature. It is ridiculous because there was no line. I didn’t see a single curbside delivery during the 40 min! The crew staff just never checked the system. I called the store number repeatedly but no one picked up. i was transferred to some random international support who worked from home in other states or in india and had no idea how to reach this store. Avoid this branch if you can.
