The salon Pros: hours, friendliness when money is being spent Cons: I would recommend you look at the hair color recommendation before allowing them to color your hair. Suggestion for improvement: when I encountered a problem with hair color I had to speak with 4 different people. I felt interrogated by the store manager who seemed not to believe me when I shared that simply my hair was too dark after a color. I think had the store mgr been a bit more kind my experience would be more positive. As it stands now I and a bit apprehensive about coming here again for salon services. I give 1 stars and not 0 because I genuinely believe the hair color was a small mistake. It was the communication afterwards that was awful

Christina did a great job waxing and shaping my eyebrows. I have a sensitive skin and I get scratched by salons all the time. This time I wanted to go somewhere else hoping my skin doesn’t get scratched and that my eyebrows are shaped. She exceeded my expectation. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have placed a curbside order. Checked in with plenty of time. I pull up curbside and check in and am left waiting while the employees can see you waiting outside and just stand there chatting. The first time I thought it was a fluke. I had to go inside to pick up my order. There were no other customers near the checkout area. I thought surely it wouldn't happen again. WRONG! The exact same thing happened. I opt for curbside so that Ulta doesn't have to pay shipping, but next time I order something I'm definitely going to have it shipped. Just easier.

Thank you to Bree for helping me choose a new liquid foundation after years of using powders. I am trying Clinique and she was so helpful with information about the products and helping me to figure out the right shades and the usage for the tint versus the foundation. Customer service is abysmal. At checkout, two employees gossiped about another coworker. After I was done paying. They didn't even stop to say thank you or acknowledge me in any way. I do not leave reviews. That's how bad this experience was.

I went into Ulta looking for a recommendation for a great brow pencil. I just turned 50 and I am losing the color in my brows. Ok, what I have left is mostly gray!!Upon asking an employee she suggested I go to the brow bar and get a brow tint. Christina was amazing, and made my brows look like they did 10 years ago. She suggested a brow gel and showed me how to use it. I am very happy with my brows. I will definitely be back!

I have no complaints here. I picked up an online order I made and was in and out. I did have a question in which a sales associate was able to assist me. I love the fact the associate approached me first before I got a chance to reach out. The cashier was sweet and awesome lit nails. She was very pretty and sweet. I will return to this location in the future.

I came into this Ulta less than 20 minutes to closing which I hate doing, but I had to get my friend a birthday present. I knew I wanted to get her a MAC lipstick but had no idea what shade or kind. I didn't expect much help since they were about to close but Kristen greeted me and swatched a ton of color options and helped me pick a great shade! She even showed me a great lipliner to go with it, a dupe of a more expensive version which I wouldn't expect them to promote as much. She was super kind and knowledgeable about a ton of products and clearly enjoys her job and helping people! She also helped me find a new lip product for myself. Again, right before closing. SO NICE. Sam at the checkout was super sweet and accommodating too. I will definitely make this my preferred Ulta store even though I actually live closer to two other locations lol. Thank you Kristen and Sam!!!

Had a wonderful experience at this ULTA. Came in to pick up some clean makeup. Ruby helped me find the right makeup for my sensitive skin. She was so helpful and knowledgeable.

Ordered a curbside pick up online order. I had my dogs with me or I would've gone inside. I checked in on the app, it gives you an option to be at the curb or parking spot. I clicked parking spot, I was in the very first spot, maybe 25 ft from the door. I called the store just for re assurance that my check in went through. The lady said "uh are you coming inside or curbside?". Then when they brought it out I apologized that I had my dogs with me, the lady said "next time you need to park at the curb, it's more convenient for us." Ha, no next time for sure. Don't have designated parking spots or the option to park if it is such a hassle.

Horrible customer service, the workers are rude, they stare at you like you're stealing, I had to look all over the store for someone to help and when I finally found someone, she acted like I asked her to do a flip. You work at a make up store, don't be confused and rude when someone needs help. Learn customer service skills, I have yet to seen one employee with customer service skills at this location. One star is too much, I'd put zero stars if it was possible.

I just got the best hair color job that I've ever had in my entire life by the new guy, James Parker. He used this new technique with a blow dryer called Airtouch on my highlights and lowlights. My hair is very fine and damages easily but it actually looked and felt like silk after coloring it. He uses Olaplex with every process. How am I just finding out about this product? Well done, James. You're a lot of fun!
