Do not ever use the mobile app for transfers. The branch will not help because they are happy to just say the transfer wasn’t through them and the receiving bank has issues receiving the money. I always pick the worst banks ? Only reason i opened an account with BBVA was so i could deposit cash via the ATM & this location never lets me do that what a waste of time going to trying each time .... won’t be back
