Lorena was amazing! I’m a first timer for a credit card and I’ve always been worried/stressed about getting one. Lorena explained everything to me perfectly and made me feel super welcomed and comfortable with my visit! I suggest to ask for Lorena on your next visit to this Bank of America :)!

I like the service. All the staff members were very friendly and cooperative. Ms. Sharmi Bhattacharya was really helpful and my overall experience was great.

This place is always busy and only one teller all the time. You would waste lot of time just standing in line. Needs to improve that experience.

Oh no! The worst service ever! Came for an appointment and was treated with an attitude. I was shocked when a banker Sharmi Bhattacharyya told me to use my offer online, even my email didn't mention any word "online". She said the word "enroll" means "online", which doesn't make sense. Even manager Martha wasn't able to do what they suppose to do. Very unprofessional staff. I ended up calling Customer Service and they opened me an account in less than 10 minutes. Don't waste your time, use other locations.

Prime Location but worst management makes things bad for BOA, Staff here behaves worse than state government organizations. No intention of servicing.

Teller I had was incredibly nice! She engaged with me throughout and was very thoughtful. I had multiple things that needed to be done and she handled them with a smile easily and without hesitation. Highly recommend location!!

seriously? not even open on Saturday mornings now? hint: if i cant take my kids in on a weekend to teach them to use a bank, then i have to take their (and my own banking) elsewhere. Not a smart strategy.

Worst personal experience ever with a Bank of America branch.Arrived in the branch and was redirected to talk to Desiree Segarra, who made me wait so she could help another customer before me… I waited for more than 40 minutes while she was out, once she came back, she started helping other customers that arrived there after me, completely ignoring me or the time I’ve been waiting.She helped three other people and once I asked if she would help me, she said that she had to help all the other people first before me so I could have some privacy! Joke, right? I just needed a simple wire transfer…As she continued to ignore and kept helping people entering in the bank, I decided to go to a different branch…It’s absurd the lack of respect to a customer’s time and passing people in front of me was very embarrassing, for not saying discriminative.I would give -5 stars to the “customer service” received.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THE BRANCH MANAGER DESIREE SEGARRA! She behaved so unprofessionally and rudely. I am a Platinum Honors Member with Bank of America, and I was treated very disrespectfully in a lobby full of other customers and was made to feel embarrassed by her. She does not know how to interact with customers and calls themselves a "CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE." I was there to verify my documents, and they did a lousy job. On top of that, when I requested them to fix it, she said, "They are doing you a favor; we don't have time and we don't do this."This is literally part of your job to serve your customers. I am very much considering changing my bank. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Very disappointed.

Desiree Segarra thank you for your help on providing the Verification letter. I had different experience at other branch location where they said my verification letter will be only mailed to my address after 4-6 business days which was bit urgent for an appointment, but at this location Segarra was so helpful to print me out the letter in 3 business days as soon as the status is approved. Thank you once again.

I want to express my deep gratitude to expert Dillan for professional and excellent help and advice in opening a bank account and cards. Dillan helped to understand in detail all the issues, nuances and features, and was also very patient with my not very good English :) I am very happy that I chose the best bank with the best experts like Dillan! Worst experienceI had to wait one week to get an appointment. And waited 20 minutes outside the location,BOFA what is the purpose of appointment??????Just leave this bank!! I WOULD not recommend BOFA anymore!!#BOFASERVICESUCKS
