i hate this bank. the worst i’ve ever had to deal with. they have randomly turned off my credit cards auto pay after yrs and that resulted in a late payment and a bad credit score. not to mention even with thousands in your accounts they still charge you a maintenance fee every month. just go to wells fargo or chase.

The staff is very nice! I am frustrated that there isn't a changing table in the bathroom though, this is incredibly inconvenient for parents with young children and babies...

This location deserves to be in a population of 20 people. The line is so long and barely people in the back. Something that would take 10 minutes ends up being a 1hr 30 min wait

Watch out on C D purchases...this bank will not be upfront about actual penalties on early withdrawals that cost you actual principal not just lost interest... the 2% fee against your C D amount is not in writing anywhere in your agreement...it would help future customers for you all to be willing to address these concerns on line... ;)

My husband came to the branch location with our 16 year old son to cash the 16 year olds paycheck (his paycheck is on a Bank of America check from his employer). We have cashed his check several times with no issues (we cash his check as parent of minor since he does not have an ID or bank acct). This time when they came in to cash his check they were refused and the teller or the manager or whoever was there, said that he would have to have his ID in order to cash his check.. we have cashed it many times (and it would show on our acct) and not had any problems. My husband was told that cashing the check was a 1 time thing and it could not be done again. We have NEVER had any issues doing it since the 1st time. The manager then asked my husband where our sons parent was.. he was right there with him.. signed the back of the check “parent of minor”..

They put a four day hold on a cashier's check?! The staff is great, but bank policies are ludicrous.

The drive thru is apparently NOT open until 2 pm on Saturday. Went by at 12:30, and no one was working the drive thru.

I have tried several times to reach someone at this location. They never answer their phone and what I'm needing help with can't be done online. As a Premier Advantage BOA member (whatever that means - means nothing actually) it would be nice to actually have someone answer the phone. I guess I will just take all my Premier dollars to the credit union across the street.Ridiculous Customer Service!

This location is always busy and has been understaffed for months. This is not surprising considering there are several locations in the Austin area that either have been closed or were closed at some point due to staffing issues. Even with long lines and wait times, the ladies are always kind and do the best they can with the situation they're in. I work at a business nearby and have to come in 2-3 times a week for deposits. I know it's going to be busy and ensure I have adequate time to wait if they are. Sometimes you get lucky and they aren't busy, just the luck of the draw. I enjoy the tellers and their kind attitudes, but witness people be angry they're short staffed/have to wait all the time. No one wants to work short handed and they definitely don't want to be berated for something they have 0 control over.
